This 120m2 home is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons in two double bedrooms, one master with king sized bed and sea view, one twin that can be joined to double and one extra person in the sofa bed.

There is an open space living room with two sofas, 75’ smart TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances.

The dining table and chairs can accommodate up to six persons. Kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, are all available. There is one main bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Towels, shampoo, soap are provided.

The flat has access to a beautiful roofed balcony for outdoor daydreaming and relaxation. There are a sitting and dining area ideal for enjoying your drinks and meals or just reading your book.

The house is conveniently located 400m from the local organized beach and the town of Kolymbari offering a wide range of shops, restaurants, and services.

The house is situated in the seaside town of Kolymbari. Within walking distance (about 5 minutes) you will find a range of shops such as bakeries, butchers and supermarket. You will also find pharmacy and ATMs. At two minutes walk, there is a bus stop offering daily and regular routes to Chania. Taxi service is also available. On the seaside promenade, there are plenty of restaurants famous for their fresh fish and local cuisine as well as cafes and beach bars. Additionally, the greater area is famous for the crystal clear sandy beaches of Balos, Falasarna, and Elafonisi, located just a short driving distance away.
