We had a lovely week long stay here with family. The weather was awful when we went so spent a great deal of time inside, which was fine as the house had plenty of space for us all.We had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the house most days and was relieved that there was a very well stocked kitchen. Every utensil, pan, tray etc that you could need. Nice big dining space for us all too. There are lively views from 3 of the bedrooms and even better views from the garden.You can take a very short downhill walk to the beach, where you can get previous from the Spa there are also restaurants and bars, mini golf, ice creams and you can pick up some coastal walks from there The house was clean on arrival and plenty of towels etc and was nice to have washing facilities available.We would return to this property

Memorable Christmas 2018

What a lovely and beautiful place! Quiet, cosy and comfortable home. All I could see were smiling faces from all family members. No regrets, just like moving from our home in Loughborough to another home in Polzeath. The house is well equipped. We were short of nothing. We would consider this property if we plan to go to Cornwall again!

A fabulous time had by us all

Westpoint is a lovely house in a perfect location for us . It is one Of the best we have stayed in over the last 25 years of coming to Cornwall. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything you could possibly need .

Perfect girls weekend

Myself and 6 friends (aged20-21) rented westpoint for a relaxed girls weekend. It was perfect, homely and very well equipped had everything we needed only needed to bring clothes and food. The highlight for me was the garden, excellent patio with BBQ and large table and chairs for everyone to sit around and the most fabulous view over the beach and sea. Perfect for those sunny summer evenings. We all had the best weekend and will be returning next year but hopefully for longer next time. Recommend for: girls weekend, family's, anyone wanting to be situated right by the beach

Our First Holiday of The Year

Arrived in Polzeath and easily found West point our home for the next week, and it really felt like home. From the well equiped kitchen and the wonderfully comfortable sitting room both with fabulouse views of Polzeath beach, to the garden and patio every thing was perfect. Our cares and worries seemed to melt away. the house is in the most beautiful location with walks to Damer Bay and then on to Rock and Padstow. We totally enjoyed our time at West point, did'nt want to leave for home and can't wait to go back for more of the Polzeath experience. Westpoint was immaculate and well presented , very welcoming and truly wonderful. we loved breakfast in the garden , and to return from the day to have Pimmns and sun on the terrace was fabulous . looking froward to ur return . thank you
