It was a great experience. This apartment is amazing. Linda, the host was super cool and went over and above to answer all my questions. Even though we didn’t use the W/D it was a good option if we needed it. The shower pressure was amazing. Very recomendable.

Unfortunately the heat wasn’t working properly. Ended up checking out a day early - it was too cold to spend another night. I let the host know that morning that something was wrong; I had the thermostat cranked all night.

Lovely property with a cozy bed and seating area. Host was kind and even worked with me when I lost my ID to make sure I could get it delivered to the door. The unit is walking distance from a grocery store so I cooked here a good bit and didn't find it lacking any utensils for that. Really enjoyed my stay!

Quiet, safe neighborhood walked three block to the supermarket was able to cook the bed was very comfortable great shower pressure and the place was cleanl, I recommend will be back.

Absolutely loved my stay! The condo was spotless, modern, and had everything I needed. The highlight was definitely the amazing shower—spa-like water pressure and beautiful finishes. Everything felt fresh and new, making it super comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Charming Apartment in a quiet residential area

Situated in a quiet neighborhood, this property is a gem; modern, clean and very private. I enjoyed staying here and plan on returning again. The host is very responsive and accommodating. No wonder this propery books out in advance.

The condo was exactly as pictured. The bed was comfortable, the furnishing were nice, the shower was exceptional with great water pressure, and there was off street parking. After a minor issue with the key pad, which you must first “wake up” by entering the check mark prior to putting in the code, we had a very nice stay. Linda was very responsive.

Albany stay

Though not in perfect condition was very clean and comfortable with a great shower/bathroom. Easy parking. Wonderful location for us. We walked to a nice Mexican restaurant and then a concert at MVP Arena. Had small issue with tv but a quick response from host. Would definitely stay again.

This place in the inside is very accommodating. You have all the essentials available. On the outside ease parking access, walking distance to close by restaurants and parks. If you are outdoor active.

Located in a converted brewery across from Hudson Park, we arrived late in the evening and had difficulty finding the apartment due to lack of exterior lighting. Once inside, however, we found its interior to be very attractive, comfortable, spacious, quiet, and immaculate. Unfortunately, when we turned on two of the three portable air conditioners, a breaker tripped, and, except for the kitchen area, we were in the dark. The next morning, we found the breaker box on the living room wall and were back in business.Overall, this Vrbo is a great place to stay, and we would stay here again. The kitchen and bath, especially, exceeded our expectations, as they are both modern, functional, and pleasing from a design standpoint. The shower was delightful.A couple of suggestions that would have boosted our stay to near perfect are:To help guests locate the unit, a better photo and guidance, along with the apartment number in higher contrast to the door.Faster response time by the host to address apartment issues.

On the positive side, the amenities are as described: bright space, nice bed, great kitchen, new bathroom. On the other hand, I had a few mouse sightings and the host took a day to respond, said she would get an exterminator out, and then didn't. The shower drains so slowly you can't spend more than a few minutes in it before running the risk of the water overflowing into the bathroom. The kitchen is missing baking trays and aluminum foil so you can't actually use the oven, and there is a single, open, small trash can for all of the garbage - not great if you're staying for any period of time longer than a couple of days. Most upsettingly for me, the place smells like someone smoked in it a while back.

Basic but could easily be better

The apartment is pretty much as it looks on the site. Pretty clean, bed reasonably comfortable. However while we were there the a/c didn't work. Owner brought in 3 portable units but they were loud. But it worked. There was no hair dryer. No bath mat, no dish towels or drying rack. Since there are only 4 mugs, bowls and little plates it meant running the dishwasher every day even though it was mostly empty. The shower floor is very slippery so be careful and do use the rubber mat. There was only a very small bathroom sized trash can in the kitchen.I think a little attention to some details would make this a much nicer rental.

Horrible!

My husband and I arrived on Thursday. As soon as we entered the apartment, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. There was a consistent beeping which we tried to locate, but were unable to. The bedding was visibly dirty and there was a blood stain on a pillow. The air conditioning did not work. I contacted the owner and she responded 24 hours later! Also, the bathroom sink did not drain and there was trash and bugs on the floor. The owner sent a technician out to address the issues, but the only thing resolved when we retuned was the beeping had stopped and the blood stained pillow was gone. It was an absolute nightmare of a stay!

Security concerns

We appreciated the space available but were not thrilled with the hole in the back door caused by the removal of the door's peephole or the fact that the front, streetside window had to remain partially open and unlocked throughout our stay (even in our absence) to vent the free-standing bedroom AC unit. Additionally, we were unable to use the television streaming services during our stay, but this could have been due to a previous renter locking up the system with their own login.
