**Elevator Use Disclaimer for Rental Property** This home includes a residential elevator, but its use is not guaranteed. If it becomes inoperable during your stay, repairs may be delayed. If elevator access is essential, please consider a more accessible property.
Please read the following guidelines carefully before using the elevator at our rental property: 1. **Maximum Occupancy**: The elevator is designed to safely carry a maximum of 2 persons at any one time. Exceeding this limit may result in damage to the elevator and pose a safety risk. 2. **Children's Supervision**: Children are welcome to use the elevator, but they must always be accompanied by an adult to ensure their safety and proper use of the equipment. 3. **Responsibility for Damages**: Guests are responsible for any damage to the elevator caused by misuse or exceeding the weight/occupancy limits. The cost of repairs due to such incidents will be charged to the guest responsible. 4. **Emergency Use**: In case of an emergency, please follow the instructions provided inside the elevator. Do not attempt to force the doors open or climb out of the elevator. 5. **General Use**: Use the elevator in a safe and respectful manner. Do not attempt to tamper with, modify, or vandalize the elevator in any way. By using the elevator, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these rules. Failure to comply will result in additional charges and/or eviction from the property.
*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival. A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Everything was perfect! The house was exactly like pictured and the kitchen had everything we needed! Host checked in with me periodically and was very kind!

La Concha was very clean and relaxing. Five people stayed in the condo for a week and there was plenty of room for more. The complex was well maintained and quiet. The beach was a short walk and perfect location to other attractions. Overall, the condo was amazing.

It worked great for our family of 15. However would have been better if the elevator worked and we would have been given the correct door code. Location was good and great time after a few minor issues. The pool could have been a little better maintained though. Thanks!

Buyer be aware
Disappointing to rent a newish vacation rental for less than a week and you are met with it going up for sale and a random realtor or client comes walking in unannounced to the property. Alerting the rental that there is leaking from the car port ceiling, broken outdoor rocking chair, loose handle on the shower door and another leak under the kitchen sink. The pool loungers are over half broken and garbage not removed while staying. When I advise of leaks they respond quick ( with in 2 minutes) when I ask about the unannounced person walking in the property it takes until the next day. When I ask several times- if there is any compensation for all the inconvenience- ignored. Buyer beware
