Southern Breeze #6 is a newly updated, pet friendly 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom that easily accommodates 4 adults. Has a fully equipped kitchen, a full size bathroom, a patio off the master bedroom, as well as a full size washer and dryer.

Location says it all!! The white sandy beaches and beautiful emerald water are located directly across the street within walking distance.

This charming bungalow is newly updated and refurbished with parking directly in front of the unit. Also provided is the initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean condo has everything you need, with big comfy king bed. Walking access to Perdido public beach. Ocean view. 10 min drive to all attractions of Orange Beach. Canā€™t wait to come back.

Reviewer Comments: This beautiful, quiet and peaceful condo was in a near perfect location across from Perdido Beach and within a short distance to both a state and a national park. The rear view balcony overlooking the dunes was a great spot for bird watching. The condo was spotlessly clean with nice comfortable furniture. Restaurants and shopping were close with a great walkway and bike path right out front. I'll definitely be back! Hopefully soon!!

First Beach Trip

My family went on our first beach trip to Perdido Key and loved the ease of our location and all the public access to the beach! Our condo had all we needed for our stay. Air conditioner worked great! :) Had access to Netflix for the kiddos to enjoy when taking a break from the beach. We were close to lots of great restaurants and really enjoyed our trip!

Location is amazing!

I stayed for a month, visiting my Navy son who lived about 5 minutes away. Condo was nice and clean, everything worked as expected. Big king bed was very comfy and the outside deck was nice to sit in the sun and read - quick walk/drive to public beach access. Also close to Publix and a quick drive down to beautiful Orange Beach. I will be back. I highly recommend. Thank you so much.

Snowbird getaway

Older vacation rental. Just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Easy walk. Pizza place and shrimp place to eat within walking distance. King size bed is cozy and furniture comfortable. We were extended stay snowbirds so kitchen has very limited space and cooking supplies. OK if you are there for a weekend or not planning on doing any cooking. Appliances could use some attention. Minimal cleaning supplies so plan on a quick trip to the grocery store. Property Management was responsive to the concerns that we had upon checkin.

Good Location for easy beach access

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy walk to beach and good eating establishments. King bed and furniture is very comfortable. Property is older and needs some outside maintenance.The rental is ok for a short term stay. We were winter snowbirds and stayed for 2 months. Limited kitchen space for grocery items and kitchen cooking supplies. There were a few issues with dryer, dishwasher and microwave, but property management was timely in repair. Area carpet in living room but no vacuum provided.
