Very welcoming , clean and bright. Pretty view of golf course and close to a fabulous beach & pool. My 1st time to stay in North Shore area and will be happy to stay at this unit again.

Amazing place and close to everything

This condo was fantastic and the perfect size for my wife and me! The property was clean and well-kept, and check-in and check-out were a total breeze. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, cookware, and small appliances we needed, and having an in-unit stackable washer/dryer was super convenient. The living room can get a bit warm, but the ceiling fan keeps it comfortable. Plus, you can't beat the location—it’s an easy walk right over to Lei Lei's restaurant and the pro shop.

Our first family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was amazing! Great location, accommodations, quiet, and spacious and clean. Our host was very friendly and very communicative with us whenever we had any questions. I would suggest beds be a little more comfortable, along with more dresser space for our clothes. The dryer wasn’t working but accommodations were made for us to hang our clothes and to use another unit dryer. Thanks again for a successful first family vacation.

Great place!

The premises were wonderful, close to Kahuku food trucks, not too far from a few supermarkets, and other places of interest. The swimming pool was nice. Our kids enjoyed it very much! And close to Turtle Bay! The pull-out bed was comfy. It can get a bit hot, but there are fans and air conditioning in the bedroom.The washing machine and dryer were really loud.

Turtle Bay Area Stay

Would stay here again for sure. Clean and great for my wife and I. We had a rental car while kn the north shore and this was a quick drive to great places. A quick walk to the resort area too for sunsets! Great place.

Found 5 cockroaches, one alive the rest dead, Had some plumbing issues mainly due to clogged pipes from other units. Otherwise it was very nice.

Turtle Bay Adventures

We loved the location close to the Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay, golf, horseback riding, and the beach. It was nice to not have to drive too far. Easy drive to the grocery store and we even went to a movie while we were here.

Great place, near pristine nature

We had a great stay. The apartment is clean, nicely furnished. The area is nicely landscaped. The nature around the area is beautiful. There are nice hiking trails, beautiful beaches… Turtle bay resort is also walking distance, guests can shop at the hotel cafes/restaurants etc.

North Shore Gem

The Turtle Bay condo is a terrific property and its location is ideal. Close to just about any North Shore beach, including idyllic spots right in Turtle Bay. The condo is well kept, a great size, and has everything you need for a great getaway! We would definitely stay there again!!!

Good location

The location was good for 4 days on the North Shore. The beach was farther away than the listing suggests which meant driving. Great food trucks nearby but grocery store is a bit farther so stock up before you arrive.

Kitchen was exactly how it is pictured on the website. It was very clean with plenty of utensils and dishes. Only suggestion would be a pizza cutter Entry to property is very secure and grounds are well maintained. There seemed to be a resident cat as well who was friendly from a distance Location is great on the north shore as we went back and forth between Sharks Cove and Laie.

Decent Condo for Couples

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: The rental was clean, had been nicely renovated, and was located in a quiet spot close to the pool. Check in was easy and the surrounding tenants were wonderful.Cons:we were there for Hawaii’s worst storm in 70 years and without power for 36 hours and no one from the rental agency reached out. Luckily the tenants and manager Marlene were wonderful and helped us throughout our stay. There are no basics such as salt, pepper, or shampoo and the sofa bed is not comfortable but if you’re a couple or a couple with an infant sleeping in a pack’n’play this space would be good.

Had a blast!

I had so much fun staying in the Kuilima Estates. The property was nice and our room had a pretty view of the golf course. Communication with the property manager was inconsistent, as I had to sign a document with the information of the people staying here and did not hear back but overall I had a great time. Would stay here again.

Best condo in Kuilima Estates.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time I stayed at this condo and it’s my favorite from the 5 others I stayed. It’s renovated and clean. I would add better beach chairs and umbrella, but everything else is perfect. I will be back next year and I do recommend to everyone. It feels like home!

This unit in particular has a living room that opens up to a beautiful view of the garden and golf course. Very relaxing and peaceful. The place was clean. We had an issue where the keypad on the door locked us out and wouldn't work. It was afterhours (on a Saturday) and never got in touch with the host. The security at the complex couldn't help out and it was only when we asked a cleaning person that was next door if she knew how to contact someone that the code again worked. No response to my email that I sent or call to the afterhours was ever received. The only suggestion would be the mattress was a little too soft and it may be a good idea to invest in a new mattress.
