Lovely Penthouse In Alicante City Centre

Cosy and calm three-bedroom top floor apartment, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the city and the castle, just 50 meters away from the Explanada (seafront promenade) and a 10-minute walk to the beach.

The apartment has all the amenities to make you feel at home. It has three bedrooms (one double and four twin size beds), all of them with air-conditioning units, and two complete bathrooms. The kitchen is fully furnished with kitchenware and appliances (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, coffee maker, toaster).

The beautiful terrace is the perfect spot to start the day with breakfast under the morning sunlight, and end up the day with a cold drink under the stars.

Located in the heart of the city of Alicante, the property is only 50 meters away from the Explanada (seafront promenade), along the yacht harbour, with its mosaic promenade, lined with palm trees, outdoor cafes and ice-cream parlours. Great places to eat, shops, bars and gardens are all within walking distance.

Beautiful apartment in great location

Such a generous & friendly welcome from Jose, great communication & easy check in. Apartment just like photos, comfortable & spacious and a great location. Roof terrace & hammock were a hit! Really enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend staying here x

Excellent apartment

The property is amazing. Well located and looks exactly like the photos. We had a lovely stay. There was a shopping trolley and we were able to do our shop for the week. Every apartment should have one! Apartment really well equipped. Would definitely use it again.

Perfect location

My sister and I stayed here for 3 weeks. It was so clean. The owner was so helpful with our needs. Nothing was a problem. It is perfect location. Mercado close by. 10-15 min walk to the beach. Close to restaurants. Great that it was far away from night time noise. Perfect apartment for our needs. Will definitely go back. Great time Gad.

Perfect Stay in Alicante

Exactly as described, a lovely and fully-equipped apartment to house up to 4 guests comfortably. Kitchen appliances and utensils are complete. They’ve thought of everything you could possible need The location is terrific! This is a quiet area, not far from the city center and beaches within walking distance; it's near some great restaurants (The Raspón was our favorite), cafes and supermarkets. The terrace makes you feel that you’re not in the middle of the city, but only a five-minute walk to the Explanade and great tourist sites. Alicante is a truly beautiful city, tree-lined boulevards, only a short walk to the beach. Thank you, Roberto. You are an exceptional host and Paola was only a phone call away. Only cautionary note: the neighbors on the other side of the master bedroom are loud talkers, especially late at night. Otherwise, this a perfect site.

Der Check-in Vorgang hat ausgezeichnet geklappt. Die Lage des Penthouses ist ausgezeichnet. Die nächste Bushaltestelle, die zum Flughafen und zu den Stränden fährt, ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Ein Taxi zu nehmen ist daher nicht notwendig. Geschäfte, um Lebensmittel zu kaufen, sind in der gleichen Straße. Das Penthouse war sehr sauber und es ist alles an Geräten und Geschirr vorhanden das man braucht. Die Terrasse ist groß und wunderschön. Die Markise ermöglicht es, den ganzen Tag im Schatten zu verbringen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Fijn appartement met een super mooi terras. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Goede bedden en heel schoon. De eigenaar beantwoordt vragen snel en er kan veel. Wij hebben echt een hele fijn tijd gehad in dit appartement en in Alicante.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We loved the rooftop terrace here, and had most of our meals out there. The apartment is at the quieter end of the harbour, but you can be right in the thick of things within 5-10 minutes walk. Plenty of local facilities, such as a supermarket, as well as a nice local park with a bar in the middle. Great communication throughout from the property owner and the gentleman who manages it for them. Highly recommended for your next stay in Alicante!

Charmante penthouse in de nabijheid van de esplanade, jachthaven en het stadscentrum. . Zeer comfortabel en verzorgd appartement met de nodige voorzieningen, uitrusting en basisproducten om het verblijf te starten. Prima onthaal en degelijke Wifi. De eigenaar is vlot bereikbaar en steeds ten dienste van de huurders.

Muy bien situado

Buen apartamento en general. Tiene todo lo necesario. Lo mejor es lo bien situado que está. La calefacción funciona perfectamente, muy importante si vas en enero, como fue mi caso. Aunque en la descripción de los servicios aparece garaje, no es real. Hay que negociar con un aparcamiento que hay en ese edificio y pagar el alquiler de la plaza de garaje. Es un coste adicional. Las paredes que tocan con los vecinos no están bien aisladas y en el dormitorio principal se escuchan las conversaciones de estos. Tuve que trasladarme a otra habitación, para no ponerme tapones. No entiendo como nadie ha comentado este aspecto y las valoraciones son tan altas. Si no te molesta el ruido de vecinos al dormir, este apartamento puede ser de tu agrado.

Un ático agradable tanto en invierno como en verano

Para pasar una semana de descanso y disfrutar de la luz de Alicante en marzo, este ático ha sido el apartamento ideal. Está muy bien situado en una zona tranquila y poco turística, a dos minutos andando del paseo marítimo y a cinco minutos del Cortes Inglés. La terraza es muy agradable y está protegida del viento y se puede tomar el sol incluso en invierno. La gran ventaja de este ático en marzo es que tiene calefacción, porque en Alicante también puede hacer frío. El apartamento es muy luminoso y cuenta con todo lo necesario para la vida diaria... y el propietario está siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que haga falta. Hemos pasado una semana muy buena.

Great location!

We used this condo as a home base for a month. It was spacious and slept 4 comfortably. We appreciated having a clothes washer. Five minute walk to the esplanade and many other walkable sites in the city.

Look no further

Just spent a week in the apartment, kitchen well equipped and the induction hob works so fast l am looking to buy one for myself, the position is perfect near to ever thing, beach shop's and supermarket yet a few streets away from the very Lively Fri and Sat night's streets, the best part has to be the terrace, it's hard to find a apartment with a terrace at this price in the centre , most only have small verandas, as you are reading this review don't waste anymore time looking through endless pages book this now, you wont be disappointed

In the city close to services and strand

Golf and city holiday, 17 days. All 6 courses 15 to 25 min. distance from the easily accessible. Golf-free days the whole city right outside your front door to pedestrian traffic after. The apartment (inhabited by local people) works well, is bright and the bonus of its well working own circulating water radiator heating in winter and cooling summer. Beds and all equipments are good. Even private parking place was arranged at an additional cost. Thank's to Paola, she helps, what ever you need. Restaurants El Canto, Piripi and Darsena worth remembering and Lizarran tapas you should try. Alenda and Alicante Golf were our favorites. BR Ritva&Raimo

Fantastic Alicante break

We had a great 5 night stay in Alicante in Roberto's apartment. It is comfortable and modern with good facilities- everything you need for a home from home experience. The double mattress was the most comfortable I've ever slept on! The induction hob made up for the lack of a kettle - faster than ours at home. The roof terrace is a good size and gets lots of sun, with a retractable shade for when it gets too much. The hammock was great fun! It is very high up and looking down into the inner courtyard is not for those who are scared of heights!! One of the best things about the place is the position - minutes from the main promenade, beach, shops of all kinds and tapas bars/restaurants. Bus station is a very short walk away. All in all the whole stay was great - and Roberto and Paola provided great service before, during and after our stay. Would recommend to all my friends.

Perfect stay!

Great appartment in center Alicante

We enjoyed this appartment close to the city center. Fully equiped and very childfriendly (2-Year old). The owners were most helpfull, prior to arrival as well as during our stay. Two tips: 1)easy access from the airport by taxi for about 20 euro's. 2)Rent a bike: Alicante is very bike-friendly and because of all oneway streets easiest way of getting around.

Very nice!!!

Thank you very much! Our group really liked the apartment. It was very comfortable and clean. We could walk to all the destinations since the apartment was very central. There are many stores and restaurants near to the place. The terrace was amazing even in February. The owners were very nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place!

Excelente ático. Justo en el centro comercial de Alicante. Muy espacioso, ideal para familias.

Tiene una fantástica terraza en la que se puede disfrutar del estupendo clima de la cuidad. Se puede hacer vida en ella. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y en general la vivienda está bien equipada. Muy cerca de la playa.
