110 Acres next to the Gulf Edgewater Beach Resort is a beautiful, upscale, family friendly resort with many amenities. It is the only full service resort in Panama City Beach. It is a gated resort with a controlled entrance and 24 hour security. The 110 acre resort features 11 swimming pools, including an 11,400 sq foot lagoon pool landscaped with waterfalls, palms, flowers, exotic plants and whirlpools.

There are also 11 tennis courts, 2 golf courses, restaurants on site, jet-ski rental, parasailing, sailing, exercise room, fitness center, convention center, gift shop and beauty salon. There is even a full-service hair salon located on the property.

If you would like to drive, do not miss the long time favorite restaurants Caption Andersons (great seafood) and Angelo’s Steak House. Both feed hundreds each night with some of the best food anywhere on the coast.

This beautiful decorated, newly furnished 2 King Size Bed, 2 BA unit is ideally located on the 4th floor, high enough for beautiful views of gulf and beach, but low enough to avoid elevator if you wish. And, this unit is located in Tower III which is preferable because it has direct access to entrance gate.
