Coastal Mediterranean Charm Near Beach & Shopping

Our home is a historic Mediterranean house located in a quiet upscaled neighborhood, yet you can walk to many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping mall. Stern Grove park is 1.5 blocks away where you can enjoy concerts and festivals within a walkable distance. SFSU is only 15 minutes walking distance.

There are many small parks around/right across the street where you can jog around and run on the street.

Merced Manor is a neighborhood in San Francisco, California with a population of 2,609. Merced Manor is in San Francisco County and is one of the best places to live in California. Living in Merced Manor offers residents a dense suburban feel and most residents own their homes. In Merced Manor there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many retirees live in Merced Manor and residents tend to be liberal. The public schools in Merced Manor are above average.

It may measure less than 50 square miles and have a population that doesn’t even crack a million, but San Francisco justly ranks as one of the greatest cities in the world. Famous for grand-dame Victorians, cable cars, a dynamic waterfront, and a soaring golden bridge, this city truly has it all. With trend-defining cuisine ranging from Michelin-starred dining to outrageous food trucks; world-renowned symphony, ballet, theater, and opera; plus almost boundless outdoor adventures, San Francisco justifiably stands out as one of the ultimate must-visit cities on any traveler’s wish list.

The hardest part may be deciding where to go first. (Well, that and packing for the city’s famously unpredictable weather.) The Golden Gate Bridge is one of the city’s most iconic landmarks; you can walk or bike across the span to the Marin Headlands. Or stay on the San Francisco side and stroll over to the San Francisco Palace of Fine Arts, the Presidio, or Lands End, a rugged, windswept playground where you can watch for whales and check out the ruins of the Sutro Baths.

Guests access the first floor ONLY via lock pad entry using the last 4-digits of their phone number. Self check-in. You can arrive at any time after the standard check-in time.

Please note that there's NO STOVE in the guest suite due to safety reasons, the city government did not approve to put a stove.

There is no oven or dishwasher at this level but a toaster oven and microwave are available to be used.

★★BASICS AND FURNISHINGS★★

The house is a remodeled luxury 3-level home. Two bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on the first floor will be rented out to short-term renters. This will be an ideal place to stay for a small group of FAMILIES or PROFESSIONALS who want to explore Northern California on their terms and at their own pace and relax at a luxurious Airbnb after the day. Our home has 2 fully furnished bedrooms and 2 baths fully stocked with essentials (towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc). It has a cozy living room with a large, comfortable sofa where a family or group of friends can watch Netflix, their favorite TV show, or a movie from. You can also use the indoor fireplace to feel warm.

Please note that the upper level can be rented to a different group of guests.

There’s also a kitchenette with a coffee maker, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator with a filtered water dispenser. Enjoy a glass of wine or 2 while chit-chatting with your friends or family members at our bar counter. Just bring your bag!

You can have your weekday relaxing moment after a long day of work or a weekend getaway to the beach as our home is just a 6-7 minutes drive to Ocean Beach and Funston Beach.

Conveniently located, our home is minutes away from high-rating restaurants, such as Villa D'Este, Silk Road, Marugame Udon, Sushi Suki, Riverside Seafood Restaurant, and other shops that you'll need! Move theater, Regal UA Stonestown Twin is just a 10-minute walk so you may want to stop by and enjoy a good movie with your friends and family.

This is a lower-level space of a single-family home.

There is no full kitchen, only a kitchenette.

The upper level can be rented to different groups of guests so you may hear a little noise (talking people, footsteps, etc)

The guest entrance is 35 inches wide.

Early check-in/Late check-out request:
Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

NOTE: There is no centralized air conditioner in the house.

Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 3 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $25 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate is 5.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.
