This vacation rental is just a few miles from the Durango Hot Springs, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. And when you're ready to explore, you'll find plenty of nearby attractions, like the Bar D Chuckwagon with its Old West Cowboy Music Show or the historic Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad where you can relive the Wild West with a ride through the San Juan National Forest. Spend your summer days hiking, mountain biking, fishing, or golfing, while visits in winter offer opportunities for skiing, snowshoeing, or just snuggling up in front of the wood stove.

This classic condo comes complete with a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining table for mealtimes or family game nights, and an inviting living area (guests may not use the fireplace) with a TV for streaming all your favorite channels using your own accounts. In warm weather, step outside and take in the view off your private balcony.

This vacation rental also comes with a gas grill to help you spice up your menu as well as a private washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
