Luxury Villa with Private Pool & Jacuzzi

Our villa, is located in a cul-de-sac, which is very private & not overlooked, offering all round views of the outstanding Almerian countryside. Complete with 3 bedrooms, two of which offer en-suite facilities and also a separate family bathroom. Our villa also has a lovely private swimming pool complete with Roman steps and also we have a six seater jacuzzi all of which are set in lovely gardens. This provides a perfect setting for alfresco dining and entertaining.

The villa is furnished to the highest standard & air-conditioned throughout. Our villa is spacious and also has a 3000 litre water depositor, which provides an essential back-up during water shortages and a filter providing safe drinking water.

A short 5 minute drive takes you to the village. Here you will find all the normal amenities, banks, supermarkets, newsagent, doctor, bars, dentist, restaurants and the popular Saturday market. A community pool is located on the way from the villa going towards the villa

The Surrounding area.: Our villa is ideal for families, hill walkers or those just looking for a relaxing holiday.

The golden beaches of Mojacar are only 30 minutes drive away, here you will find an abundance of beach bars, restaurants, horse-riding, parks for the children, a shopping complex, diving schools, go karting etc... In Vera you will find beaches, a water park, cafe bars and restaurants. the list is endless...

In our village you will find a selection of bars, restaurants,supermarkets, pharmacy, postoffice, doctors, dentist and a new opened bowling alley just a short drive away.

Skiing Information:
Ski in the Sierra Nevada mountains! Granada is around is 2 hours drive away.
Golf Information:
Fantastic golf facilities available nearby at the renowned Val de Este course and complex (20 minutes drive) and the Desert Springs Course and Resort (20-25 minutes drive).

Upon Arrival/Upon depature: You will be met by one of our staff on your first day at an agreed location. They will show you everything about the villa.

Please note the villa will be ready from 1500 hours on your first day.

The villa will need to be vacated by 1100am on your last day.
You will need to hand the keys back to our staff. Who will agree a suitable time to meet you.

Wonderful again!

Just come back from villa palma grande again,this was our second stay at this villa,again canā€™t fault it at all! Lovely and quiet everything you need even down to a sewing kit! everything has been thought of. Richard and Jenny who look after the villa were again brilliant nothing to much trouble and full of information should you need to find a destination ect... we shall no doubt return again,šŸ‘šŸ¼šŸ˜

All you could ask for in a villa

What a lovely place to spend some time. From the first contact with David the owner to meeting Richard and Jenny to take you to the villa and check out. Richard and Jenny are more than happy to give you any information you may need as they live locally. The villa is very well equipt and there is everything that you should need. The villa is extremely clean with all you would expect and more. The pool is great for cooling down and the spa finishes the day off! I would definitely recommend this villa and will return myself one day I'm sure. Book with confidence you will not be disappointed!

Highly Recommended

This was a last minute booking for us and the kids and David couldnā€™t have been more helpful and communicative with arrangements and recommendations. Jenny and Richard who look after the villa were more than helpful and very chatty and welcoming - especially with the provisions and cold beer and wine. Villa is lovely, clean and spacious and very well kitted out - plenty of room for the 4 of us (2 good sized doubles and a twin) with a great kitchen and eating and relaxing space. Pool and outside space is a good size and we spent a lot of time in and around the villa as well as travels around to various locations. Itā€™s in a very quiet location but with easy access to Arboleas and the main road. We loved our 12 days there and would thoroughly recommended this villa to anyone.

A lovely peaceful villa with great views

This was our first stay in arboleas,very impressed with the villa,couldn't fault it at all,everything that u would need for your stay was there,apart from food of course.coviran supermarket wasn't to far away and we had a couple of trips to Lidl and mercadona supermarket in albox which is closer than we originally thought and I must add a decent car is a must as it is a bit hilly.Richard and Jenny were really good,had a couple of small teething problems our first week,they were a call away and came straight away and put us right.our sheets and towels were changed by Jenny after being there for a week which we were not expecting! Richard cleaned the pool at the same time then they left us to it.The pool area was lovely,very peaceful heard nothing but birds all day! There were lots of different things to enjoy lilos etc.. in the shed left by the owners.we highly recommend this villa very quiet,relaxing and tastefully decorated 10/10 from us!! will hopefully be returning next year,thankyou for a great stay.

Absolutely fantastic!!

We've stayed in many villas for holiday breaks and if you're looking for something that won't disappoint - book! Communication and assistance - 1st class. Handover - 1st class. Villa Specs, cleanliness and equipment - 1st class. Everything is as exactly described. A car is essential to get out and about. It's a very quiet and peaceful location. If anything, the pictures undersell the property. The pool and hot tub are great and I can't think of a better place to be to lay back and soak in a fantastic night sky. If we're back in this region anytime soon we won't hesitate to get in touch to check availability.

Everything was as described and more.

immaculate, quiet, relaxing and pool and hot tub were amazing. whole family unwound and kids happy as had wifi . Jenny, Richard, Margaret, Brian all on hand for any issue and local advice. felt from second walked through door it was home from home.

Our best holiday

Our stay was brilliant with help on hand all the way. The facility's are great from movies for the kids to towels and all utensils for the BBQ. Good privacy and veiws, the locals are friendly and the butchery in the local shop is exelent quality. The villa was spotless snd had a modern yet rustic feel, We will 100% book again .

An amazing, relaxing holiday.

Fantastic holiday, beautiful villa with everything you needed, a real home from home. Peaceful and relaxing location. Weather was very hot so air conditioning & pool were extremely welcome! The best yet!

Our family of four, including two teenagers, stayed for 12 nights at the end of July and had a wonderful time at this lovely villa. As others before have mentioned, communication with David leading up to the trip was excellent and payment arrangements were very easy. Our flight was delayed so we were very grateful that local hosts Jenny and Richard had been tracking our arrival time and were there to make the arrival process so straight forward. This was our fifth villa holiday in Europe and Davidā€™s villa was the cleanest, best equipped, maintained and furnished of them all. The pool was excellent and regularly maintained by Margaret and Brian who made sure that the chlorine levels were appropriate given the temperatures that we enjoyed (33ĖšC + every day!). Even though it was so hot, we all still enjoyed making use of the hot tub in the evening and it was a great place to be as the sun set. Our plan was to spend most of our holiday pool-side, so we did not venture out too often. Arboleas village has a couple of cafes that we visited and a small bakery. We did all of our food shopping during our stay in the Corivan supermarket, which was more than adequate. We did go out for a couple of evening meals to Garrucha and Mojacar and the teens enjoyed browsing the Garrucha night market. Other than that, we spent a half day in Nijar to browse the pottery shops and wander around the the village. Jenny and Richard were extremely accommodating again to be there at our departure at 6am and made sure that we got away in good time to catch our flight back. We enjoy visiting different areas for each holiday, so we may not venture back to this region for a while, but we will certainly recommend this villa to friends and family.

Beautiful property!

As a family of four, we usually rent villas for our summer holiday and this was, without doubt, the best we have yet stayed in. The pictures really do not do justice to the property! The views breathtaking and the facilities fantastic. The pool was well maintained throughout and the hot tub- well the cherry on the cake! Everything spotless and so homely and comfortable. This is the first time we have rented and been able to get good wifi signal. A must for a fifteen and twelve year old. Sky TV also went down well! A car is essential to get around, but everything within reach with the help of sat nav. We visited the waterpark in Vera, Garrucha beach and some lovely restaurants. The booking process was seamless from start to finish. The owner David answered all queries and replied to emails promptly and ensured we had the lovely Richard and Jenny to assist as soon as we arrived in Arboleas. We really cannot fault anything! Thank you all for a splendid holiday.

Home from home

Quite simply the best holiday rental we have ever had. From the initial enquiry, information and attention to the small details to the welcome by Jenny and Richard our whole experience was excellent. If only everything was so easy. The villa is really comfortable, especially the beds, and well equipped, there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't provided, including a very welcome 'welcome pack'. The first cold beer of the holiday! The pool and the hot tub were an added luxury and we spent a lot of time relaxing and unwinding in them. This is a very quiet and pretty area, the small town of Arboleas has 2 restaurants, a number of bars and a well stocked supermarket and the larger nearby town of Albox has a fantastic market on Tuesdays. The fruit and vegetable stalls were out of this world. We flew into Murcia San Javier and although it was a 90 minute drive it was a very easy journey with some very helpful directions from David. If you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing holiday we can't recommend this villa highly enough.

A Perfect Holiday

We have stayed in many villas and this one was without doubt the best experience. From our initial enquiry to the end of our holiday everything was simply easy and efficient. David's help on the telephone, notes, arrangements for being met and shown to the villa made the whole experience a breeze. Once we were there we instantly settled in and found the villa to be the most comfortable and best equipped we have ever rented. The fact that the kitchen had enough plates and glasses so that we didn't have to wash up half way through the day is a small example of the thoughtfulness that has gone into making this a very relaxing holiday home. As a previous reviewer has said the beds were so comfy we slept like logs, even on the days we had barely moved from the sun loungers! The villa is a little way out of town but not far and for us this was a huge bonus as it meant that we could enjoy the total peace and quiet of the countryside. The experience of sitting in the hot tub in the dark whilst gazing at millions of stars above was really special. We had a couple of days out to Mojacar beach and to Fort Bravo which was great fun (particularly for horse-mad daughters). The nearest restaurant called Trinidad had new owners the previous week and they were so delightful and welcoming - we had the biggest tapas feast there! We drove from Murcia because the flight times and prices suited us best. it took about 1hour 45 minutes but was a very easy drive through some stunning countryside and as we used the toll road we had the motorway almost entirely to ourselves. We have been to Spain many times but not to Almeria before. I would highly recommend it, would love to return and if we do we will definitely book this property again.

Relaxing family holiday

We have just returned after spending two weeks at this lovely villa. The villa exceeded our expectations and was very clean and tidy and had everything you could possibly need during your stay. It had a good sized child friendly pool which our son loved and his swimming has improved considerably. The villa is set in a peaceful location with far reaching views to the surrounding mountains. My husband and I loved waking up to the view every morning. The owner, David, replied to all of my e-mails promptly and was always very helpful. His agents in Spain, Jenny and Richard, met us in Arboleas village before taking us to the villa which took the stress out of trying to find the property in unknown surroundings which we have had to do with past villas before. They live locally and are always available to help should you need them. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in peaceful surroundings who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle.

a little piece of paradise!

Decided to have a break with my friend, leaving husbands behind we booked last minute after seeing the photos. This is the first time a villa completely lived up to its description, The owners couldn't have been more helpful. With just three days notice, David replied promptly to all emails. We were met in the town by the lovely Jenny and Richard who we followed to the villa, making arrival stress free.Wonderful welcome pack and comprehensive villa guide. Fast internet for small extra charge. An amazing place to relax Not overlooked , very private. The jacuzzi was the icing on the cake, a great end to the day. Very rural and no light pollution, the stars were so beautiful. A short ride away from the village with nice restaurants and friendly locals. Planning to return with our husbands! A place in the sun to unwind, relax and recharge

We have stayed in villas in the Arboleas area for the past three years and this villa is definitely the best one. It is both beautifully and tastefully decorated and furnished. It is very clean and spacious. The layout is excellent and the beds were the most comfortable of anywhere I have ever stayed. The main bedroom leading on to the pool area is just fabulous. The owners have thought of just about everything you might need during your stay. Any problems they responded within minutes and sorted out anything straight away. The pool and hot tub were both wonderful and the weather was superb. We went to Mojacar beach 4 times and visited local markets. Arboleas market on Saturday morning has a lovely atmosphere and well worth a visit - it was our favourite. Local produce is extremely cheap and local bars/restaurants very good value for money. The villa is very luxurioius and we enjoyed our holiday very much. In fact we were so chilled out that we really did not want to come home.

Great holiday destination

We have just returned from the villa and all had a super holiday. The kids loved the pool and especially all the inflatables conveniently stored in the shed. The villa was very clean and comfortable and has been decorated really nicely. It has all the mod cons a young family needs. With stunning views from the pool and jacuzzi its a great place to relax and see the the nearby sights.
