The property was not what we expected for the price. There were cockroaches in one of the beds, dirty dishes in the cabinet, bugs in the bathroom among other issues. We were unable to say in the property and had to get a hotel.

We’re disappointed to hear your experience did not reflect the quality we aim to provide. Since this stay, we’ve taken significant steps to address every concern that was brought to our attention, including strengthening our cleaning protocols and resolving the maintenance issues noted. Especially, increasing the frequency pest control comes to the house, to now weekly, and using stronger measures. Happy to report that these problems have been resolved and will be maintained for future stays. We appreciate the feedback and remain committed to providing every guest with a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

Great stay for big group!

We came with a bachelorette party and the house was perfect for a big group! Host was very responsive and the house was clean and in a safe neighborhood. Close to downtown and the water so overall we had a great time here!

We took our 2 grandsons on Spring Break. This house had absolutely everything they could have wanted. Their own queen bed and own bedroom, heated pool, hot tub, pool floaters, ping pong, a large outdoor entertaining area with an outdoor refrigerator, pool table, foosball. 2 full size arcade games! There was more than enough living, cooking and eating areas. The location area was great. Very close to downtown without all the traffic congestion. We also highly recommend the restaurant Molly McGuire‘s. Food, location and service all outstanding.

Best vacation home ever!

This house is a mini-resort! It has everything you can think of and more, plus unlike many rentals, you barely have to lift a finger when you leave. We didn’t want to leave!

Dylan was great to work with and answered quickly. However, the hot tub was extremely dirty, the dishwasher was not installed into the cabinet (so it falls forward every time), the freezer had a garbage bag full of someone else's food, the beds and showers were full of bug/beatles, the ice machine on the fridge did not work, and upon arrival, we realized one room’s breaker bad been tripped and had to get into the cleaning closet, empty the shelves, and reboot. Amazing house and host is great at communicating- could definitely use some more love on these things (cleanliness, awareness that multiple facilities were broke , etc)

This House has everything you need. It’s absolutely beautiful!!! The owner is super nice, and quick to respond if you need anything at all. Great location! We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this beautiful home as a part of a bachelorette party and it delivered on all of our expectations! There was no need to even decorate as they have made it so cute and photo-ready! There’s no wasted space and the only thing we would have liked is even more time at the house to enjoy the pool but we had to balance our time exploring Savannah as well! You definitely need to rent a car or use a rideshare app to get into the heart of the city, but it’s worth it for a larger group to all stay together!

Peach House was AMAZING!!! We had multiple families that came together. House was spacious and very clean with plenty of beds for all. The house was in a very quiet subdivision on a dead end road. Although the game room was used daily, our favorite space was the outdoor sitting area. Dylan was a great host and quick to respond with any questions we had.

The Ultimate Group Getaway Spot! 10/10

We had the BEST weekend at Dylan’s place! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. Downtown is a quick 20-25 min uber ride. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and Dylan was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. Every room was cozy and thoughtfully designed, perfect for our group, and we especially loved the outdoor space and game room. I couldn’t recommend this property more. Thanks, Dylan, for an amazing stay! we can’t wait to come back!

Mixed Feelings

The house was spacious and easily accommodated our two families. However, the extremely cold weather made the heated pool and hot tubs unusable, which was a bit disappointing for the kids. Thankfully, there were plenty of games to keep them entertained. The location was excellent, with everything we needed just 15 minutes away. While the living room could have used a bit more seating, the bedrooms were very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent. They promptly addressed a few minor issues we encountered, which we greatly appreciated.

When we arrived the weather was poor. It rained quite a bit before our arrival. The master bedroom flooded the first day. I reached out for help and wasnt given much. There was no mop available for use and not many towels for the amount of water coming in. The host acted surprised. It flooded again 3 more times on this trip. I spent a lot of my vacation cleaning water from the master bedroom and game room. Hands and knees scrubbing bc again, no mop. Host said someone would come check it out but no one did. He mailed more towels. I had a lot of laundry and cleaning this trip for the price. The place is nice looking but I'm sure there's mold under the flooring in the master bedroom and game room because no effort was made to come clean or assess the damage. There are signs of this flooding before along the floor boards. This is a safety hazard. Can't believe the price we paid....... and the hall bathroom toilet also did not flush right and regularly overflows which is evidenced by the staining along the floor boards there too.Great setup, great location, but this is renting for a price of an elite vacation, not one where you cool with flood waters and no mop..... or help.... or consideration. I waited to review bc I didn't want to be too harsh but this was my one 'break' this year. I was compassionate when it flooded the first time but it became apparent it wasn't the first time.

The property was perfect for our family. Cleanliness not bad but could improve. Curb appeal needs to be improved. Host was great and super responsive! Perfect location! Overall loved the property and our vacation!!
