Needs a kitchen makeover

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed in many of the units and this one was disappointing. I other units, there have been plenty of mixing bowls, tupperware, board games, captain chairs and tables on the balcony. This unit...not the case. You definitely pay for the location and view. Upon arrival, 2 of the 4 the patio chairs were broken. A lamp was broken. Be sure to bring your own Tupperware to store left overs. the fridge had a sticker labeled, "on lease from Gulfstream", the stove was outdated and did not heat up evenly. For the amount I paid, i expected a more up to date unit with plenty of household amenities. Our family has been staying here since the 70s and i would like to keep this tradition going, but the units need a remodel.

Awesome Experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation was great!We did have problems with the elevator. It took about 4 attempts to get to floor one. I was going up instead of down and was about 35 minutes late checking out because of the elevator issue. We also had issues getting into the door coming from the beach back into the Gulfstream. We had to call twice to get into the door. However, both times someone came to our rescue quickly.
