The Aspen Mountain Residences - Large, Full Service 3-Bedroom By Gondola

The Aspen Mountain Residences, formerly the Grand Hyatt, places you at the heart of everything Aspen has to offer. Ideally located in downtown Aspen, you’ll be just steps away from the Silver Queen Gondola, shops, restaurants, and directly across the street from the ice-skating rink.

Residence 21ABC is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and luxury, creating a true mountain escape. Interiors feature cozy fireplaces, a large Eastern-facing balcony overlooking peaceful S. Galena Street, spa-inspired bathrooms with steam showers and jetted tubs, and a gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops and premium appliances, including a wine fridge and a gas stove.

This spacious, 1,830 square foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom residence on the second floor includes daily maid service, a formal dining area, multiple gas fireplaces, a full entertainment system, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Additional features include in-room coffee and tea service, secure safes, and in-unit laundry—everything you need to feel completely at home. Both the second and the third bedrooms have the option (for an additional fee and advance notice) to have the king-sized beds switched out to two twins. The third bedroom has the option to remain connected to the apartment, or to be locked off for additional privacy (with its own exit door to the hallway). We are open to renting out only 21AB, if only a two-bedroom is needed (and we would list 21C as a studio for rent separately, in that case).

The attentive on-site team at the full-service Aspen Mountain Residences will ensure your stay is effortless from arrival to departure. Whether you need ski rentals (a rental location is inside the condominium and will store your equipment nightly), childcare, dinner reservations, or airport transportation, the concierge and valet staff are ready to assist. The luxury condominium also offers front desk service, bell staff, car and ski valet, and a complimentary shuttle to all the mountains in Aspen for added convenience.

The Aspen Mountain Residences also offers wonderful amenities, including a fully equipped fitness center, a heated outdoor pool with two hot tubs, outdoor fire pits, a business center, and a complimentary daily breakfast bar to start your day. On-site indoor heated parking is available for an additional cost of $40/night; however, almost all restaurants, bars, shops, the grocery store, and Ajax Mountain are all within easy walking distance. The building, unfortunately, does not allow pets. Perfectly situated between the Little Nell Residences and the St. Regis Hotel, this lovely full-service condominium is not only an incredible value but is also a truly wonderful place to stay.
