The Oceanhouse is a multi-level property ideal for a large family or group. With plenty of room to spread out, this home invites both open-flow gathering and ample private spaces.


The downstairs entry level features two entries - the front and side deck, with a partial ocean view, steps up into the front door, while another door alongside the driveway conveniently enters into the laundry / pet area. Both entries flow into a cozy den with a hide-a-bed, television, and DVD player. The main, front entry hallway opens into three bedrooms, and a full private bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms provide King sized beds, while the the third has two Twin beds. The laundry area with full washer and dryer completes this level.


The second level features the main living space with beautiful hardwood floors and partial ocean views from the kitchen, dining area, and great-room. Open and spacious, the great-room teases relaxation with an alluring side window-seat poised for viewing the ocean or curling up with a good book. The entertainment area with inviting over-stuffed furniture and gas fireplace are just the place to kick back after a day at the beach or visiting shops and galleries in town. Or, multiple chefs will enjoy whipping up a memorable dinner in the grand kitchen around a colossal island. A small powder room off the hall is also on this level.


Also featured on this level is the luxurious, private master suite with a King sized bed, its own gas fireplace and seating area, TV in the chifforobe for bedside viewing, and a private bathroom and shower. Just the quiet, tucked away chamber needed after a full day of beach-combing.


Accommodates 10 maximum; pets welcome / 2 maximum; no smoking; parking for 4 cars.

3 night minimum stay, except during the summer months.
7 night minimum stay for the summer months.

Deck Furniture and BBQ's are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Please be aware that the property behind Ocean House is private property, and not accessible for guest use. Please use the front and side yard for all activities.
Tennis courts next to the property are private and not for guest use, public courts are located downtown.
