Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located modern Midland home! The house offers modern amenities and comfort close to everything Midland has to offer.
Located within walking distance to Georgian Bay General Hospital and several shops and restaurants. Only a 5 minute drive into downtown Midland.

The house offers three bedrooms upstairs. One with a king bed, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed. The bedroom with a double bed has a desk and chair for anyone needing to work while they stay.
This is a cycle friendly home! We have a garage that is available to store your bikes over night.
The house is conveniently located minutes away from Simcoe County trails and within a 5-minute drive to nearby attractions like Marty`s Shrine, St. Marie Among the Hurons, and Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre. We are approximately 25 minutes from Mount St. Louis, 30 minutes from Horseshoe Valley, and 60 minutes from Blue Mountains.
The space
Located along the picturesque shores of Georgian Bay, this two year old, newly renovated townhouse offers a modern design, tons of amenities and a lot of natural light.
The living space nicely blends with the dining room and kitchen creating a welcoming open concept atmosphere. The kitchen is well-appointed with a stove, full-size fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. All kitchen essentials are provided including a Keurig coffee machine and some coffee pods. We advocate for eco-conscious practices, urging guests to recycle and compost and minimize the use of packaged products. A second story deck has been added for guest enjoyment.
This rental includes access to the entire unit and comes equipped with:
Unlimited Rogers High Speed Internet
A Samsung Smart Tv and Rogers Ignite
Stainless Steel Appliances: Fridge, Oven, Dishwasher and Microwave
Kettle
Toaster
Keurig Coffee maker
Kitchen basics
Washer and Dryer
Garage available for one vehicle or for bike storage
Parking for up to 3 cars, 2 in the driveway and one in the garage.

This kit is meant to get you started. Once these items run out, guests are responsible for replenishing them as needed.
We are always available by phone or text
Payment is due at the time of booking. Confirmed guests will receive a link to our guest portal to sign our rental agreement and view booking details (including payments and receipts).
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
100% Refund: For cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date.
50% Refund: For cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the check-in date.
No Refund: For cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the check-in date.
A $500 security hold will be placed on the guest’s credit card 3 days prior to check-in. This is a pre-authorization only and no funds will be charged unless damage or excessive cleaning is identified after check-out.
- Our maximum guest policy is 6. All guests must be registered at the time of booking. Extra guests including day visitors are not permitted. The home is NOT a destination for parties, buck and does, bachelor and bachelorette parties, exceeding the guest limit, staying up late and being loud or rude. We respect our neighbours and want to make sure they are not disturbed or disrespected. We thank you for being the best guests ever!

- No open flames inside property
- No fires outside or on the property
-No animals please - Owners are highly allergic/asthmatic. Approval for medical support animal must have been previously approved and cleared with host strictly case by case basis.
-Owners would appreciate that doors and windows not in use be closed and locked.
