The Space:

Welcome to Pikes Peak Boutique Retreat! This beautiful tiny home, nestled in the center of Woodland Park, has some of the most amazing direct views of Pikes Peak. As you enter this tiny home, you will experience a contemporary styled home with soft colored tones peppered with a rustic country look throughout the house. The house can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. In the spacious living room area, you will encounter an open area with a gorgeous fireplace and comfortable couch to lounge while watching TV on a big screen LCD internet connected TV loaded with all your favorite apps! Enjoy a cup of coffee and relax your mind as you admire beautiful mountain views in front of you. The lovely bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, a dresser, huge wardrobe and a flat screen TV. As you make your way up to the loft (you will need to climb up the loft steps), you will encounter a spacious bedroom loft equipped with 2 full size beds. The kitchen comes fully equipped as needed should you desire to eat-in and prepare your favorite home-cooked meals. Next to the kitchen included is an amazing K-Cup coffee brewer stocked with K-Cups! Sit outside on the porch where you can enjoy your favorite cup of coffee anytime of the day. The home is also is equipped with a stackable washer/dryer to refresh your laundry as needed. The porch has outdoor patio furniture to enjoy the nature and to plan your daily adventures. The backyard has an outdoor propane BBQ grill to cook up grilled foods while viewing Pikes Peak! There is evening lighting which will create a desirable ambiance to enjoy your favorite evening drinks as you unwind your day.



Great location, right off of route 24, and close to everything Woodland Park has to offer!



We do highly advise that you purchase traveler's or trip insurance to protect your purchase in the event of poor weather, illness, or other factors outside our control that would cause you to have to cancel after booking. Many credit cards offer this protection as well.

Guest Access:

The home has a smart lock for convenient and contactless check in. Prior to checking in, you will be provided a code for entry.



The Neighborhood:

Pikes Peak Boutique Retreat is located in Woodland Park in a beautiful tiny home community called Peakview Park. We are right off of route 24 so during the winter months, no need to worry about driving down Icey steep hills and we are less than a mile from supermarkets, Walmart, restaurants, etc. for your convenience. Uber Eats, DoorDash and other delivery services also can bring food and groceries right to your door!



Getting Around:

Once you enter through the main entrance, the house is the second home on the left hand side.



Parking is located directly to the side of the unit on the left side of the home right after you enter through the main entrance along Highway 24. If additional parking is needed, you also can park behind your vehicle so long as you do not block the road.



Other Things to Note:

Loft comes equipped with 2 Full sized beds. Lofts are great for kids and smaller adults due to lower ceilings. If sleeping adults, please be aware the ceiling height at its peak is about 4.5 ft so most adults will not be able to stand upright when getting around in the Loft. Please keep in mind that the hot water tank in a Tinyhome is smaller (20 gallons) than normal sized home so hot water will run out sooner.

We understand some guests who stay with us travel into town a bit earlier than check in time and we can accommodate early check in requests when available.
