Welcome to Fifth & Shore, a historic Jacksonville Beach home that sleeps 10 across three separate units — perfect for multi-generational families or friend groups wanting both togetherness and privacy. At $79/person per night, enjoy your own shared pool just one block from the sand.

The main house features four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The master suite includes a king bed with an adjacent pull-out sofa (note: no privacy wall between them). Two additional bedrooms have plush queen beds, while the loft area — accessible via spiral staircase — offers two full beds. The ground floor studio provides a king bed with en-suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo, plus full kitchen and living space. The second floor studio has a queen bed and compact kitchen with ignition stove (accessible via stairs). Each unit has its own kitchen, making longer stays comfortable for cooking family meals instead of dining out every night.

Your shared pool provides the perfect cool-down spot after beach days, while dual kitchens and laundry facilities handle the logistics of group travel. High-speed WiFi supports remote work or keeping the kids entertained on rainy afternoons. Beach towels are provided for oceanside adventures.

Step out your door to reach the sand in just one minute. Walk seven minutes to Publix for groceries, or enjoy dinner at nearby Eleven South's mesquite grill within walking distance. Drive two minutes to Salt Life Food Shack for casual surf-culture seafood or O-Ku Sushi's rooftop dining by the pier. Free parking accommodates multiple vehicles.

Keyless entry and a guest portal simplify arrival. We provide fully stocked kitchens with coffee, tea, spices, plus linens, towels, and laundry detergent. Complete three pre-arrival requirements: check-in form, rental agreement, and deposit choice. Please note ongoing city renovation may cause construction noise and limited road access — message us if this is a concern, as we manage multiple properties and can find alternatives. No smoking or pets allowed.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
