Constructed in 2023, this contemporary residence features a modern architectural design with plenty of upgrades,
stainless steel appliances, and a dedicated workspace. Here you will delight in an open layout, fully equipped
kitchen, cozy living spaces both upstairs and down, and a fenced back yard with grill. Relax in the downstairs living
room on a comfy sofa while watching your favorite shows on the large screen TV , or head upstairs to the family
room, also equipped with a large screen TV, for game night or movie time while making memories with your loved
ones. You will have private access to the entire home and enjoy high-speed internet access with Wi-Fi. If you are
looking a warm place to retreat to at the end of the day, you will find it here. Our goal is to make this a place you
would enjoy staying in and returning to.

memories of your visit. We have prepared four serene bedrooms in which you can recharge and rejuvenate for what
tomorrow will bring.

The home features an ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom, and another full bath conveniently accessible
from the other bedrooms. Additionally, there is a half bath located on the first floor to accommodate our guests. To
ensure you have an enjoyable and carefree stay, we have provided many essential toiletries and fresh towels in
each bathroom, as well as a hair dryer.

The Westbury Heights neighborhood is a newly developed community with less than 30 homes. During your stay,

making it an ideal location for BMT Graduation visitors, as well as vacationers looking to enjoy the many attractions

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning
process after each check-out.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 per pet fee.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking on the property! Any smoking evidence will result in a $250 fee for odor removal and
furniture cleaning.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return
visits.
★ LAWN CARE/PEST CONTROL ★
Maintaining a healthy lawn and pest-free home is an important part of ensuring an enjoyable stay for all guests. We
make every effort to schedule between bookings; however, our property may have bi-weekly lawn care and
quarterly pest control services scheduled during your stay. Please notify us upon booking if you have any concerns.
★ EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERA ★
This home is equipped with a doorbell camera, front yard camera, and backyard camera that begin to record and
monitor when motion is detected. There are no cameras or devices that record or monitor the interior of the home.
