Welcome to your spacious 3-story South Side retreat—perfect for families, professionals, and friend groups alike. With two living rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a private hot tub patio, this home is designed for comfort, flexibility, and fun.

Entry & Main Level
Guests can enter through the front (street parking) or the back (driveway). The rear entrance leads into the first of two living rooms, featuring a 55` Smart TV and a cozy seating setup.
Flowing forward, you`ll find the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and passthrough window into the dining room, which seats six and includes a wine fridge and bar setup.
At the front of the house is a second living room, also equipped with a smart TV—perfect for group stays with different tastes.
A half bathroom is located on this level for guest convenience.

Second Floor
This level has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry closet:
• Front bedroom: Queen bed
• Rear bedroom: King bed with en suite bathroom and dedicated workspace
• Shared full bathroom: Accessible from the hallway
• Laundry area: Washer, dryer, and eco-friendly detergent provided

Third Floor

Just a few blocks from East Carson Street, you`ll be steps away from a diverse array of trendy restaurants, cozy cafes, unique boutiques, and exciting nightlife. Enjoy a night out at popular bars like Mario`s South Side Saloon, The Smiling Moose, and Jack`s Bar. Take a stroll along the Southside Riverfront Trail or explore the area`s historic architecture. While Southside is always popular with the partying crowd, it`s also a great place for dining, shopping, and more!

We recommend using Uber or Lyft to navigate in Pittsburgh. It`s a notoriously difficult city to drive in (but we have little traffic!) They`re affordable and abundant. If you do choose to drive in the city, we offer free off-street parking.

Our outdoor TV is removed seasonally; while it is weather-resistant, it is not freeze-resistant. It will be generally be available ~April to October. If you are arriving in April or October, and the outdoor TV is important to you, please ask first.
By booking, Guest and all guests of Guest agree to be bound by our Terms & Conditions, found here: https://www.hostwisestays.com/bookingagreement. We encourage our guests to read these carefully. We also require all guests to verify their identity via a valid ID + selfie, collected through our secure, third party software.
1. Smoking (or vaping) is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside only; please dispose of your butts responsibly. A minimum $1,000 cleaning fee will be reported if evidence of smoking is found in the home.

2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property without prior notice. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of four (4) up to a maximum of twelve (12) persons in the property at any given time. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.

3. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

4. We offer a Chore-Free Checkout, and do not ask our guests to clean prior to check out. However, this does not give permission to leave a mess; cleaning that requires substantially more time than usual due to excessive trash, stains, spills, etc., will be charged to the Guest at $40 per hour.

5. Late check-outs are not permitted without prior discussion, as our cleaning teams are punctual. Late check outs require additional cleaners to be brought in, and will be charged at $75 in half hour increments.

6. If Guest cancels the trip past the cancellation window deadline, Host is willing to refund if any dates are rebooked. This refund is provided only above and beyond the cancellation amount, up to a full refund. Hosts understand plans can change, and don`t believe in `double-dipping` if Guest nights are able to be rebooked.

7. There is no daily housekeeping service. The property has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival; linens, bath towels, toiletries, and more are included in the stay. Additional supplies or mid-stay cleanings are available for additional cost.

8. While we love our furry friends, pets are not permitted, as many guests have sensitivities. A deep cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if clear evidence is found.

9. Host happily invites children with the following stipulations:
