Welcome to this cozy and relaxing villa with modern finishes throughout the house, beautiful crystal-clear swimming pool, large yard with green rolling lawns, in a secure neighborhood, and also runs on solar energy.

VILLA

This house has 3 bedrooms with four beds. It sleeps a maximum of 6 poeple sharing. The main bedroom has an ensuit bedroom . The other 2 bedrooms share a full sized bathroom that has a bathtub, shower and toilet.

The house comes with a modern air-conditioned lounge with a unique chess board made granite with pieces that resemble the ancient kingdom of the Munhumutapa. In addition to the rejuvenated sunroom and welcoming intimate dining area, the villa boasts of a revamped well-equipped kitchen that has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, and induction stove

OUTDOORS

The outdoor area offers a large sparkling pool that is fenced with a lock on the pool gate for safety, a charcoal mobile barbeque, all set in the backdrop of a well-manicured yard with rolling green lawns.

PARKING

The driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles

SECURITY

The house is located within a security complex. In addition, the house has a service of a 24hr armed response security who patrol the neighborhood throughout the night. The house also has an electric fence and panic buttons in the rooms that summon the armed response team.


Note: Pool company comes on Tuesdays to clean the pool.
