Located within Samara Residences, it has two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed, ample closets and their own private bathroom, remote-controlled air conditioning for personal comfort, and a Television setup with YouTube and Netflix. The bedrooms are spaced sufficiently apart for maximum privacy.

The front-facing bedroom has balcony access allowing guests to enjoy beautiful views of the City surrounded by lush green mountains from the comfort of their bed or to step out on the balcony for fresh air and panoramic views of the historic Monument to the Heroes.

The Kitchen and living room share a welcoming space with a half bathroom that opens out onto the wraparound balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow for cooking meals but has no oven (sorry bakers :-)

The balcony has two separate seating areas with unobstructed views of the Monument to the Heroes nestled in the heart of Santiago, the city, the beautiful skies and distant mountains. This lends itself to relaxation or entertaining.

Guests can enjoy the heated and jet-propelled picuzzi (pool/jacuzzi) and fully-equipped gym located on the building rooftop. The rooftop is a shared social space. However there is sufficient seating and spaces to allow all to enjoy magnificent views.

Rental includes a 1-Car Parking Spot on Premise. A Private laundry room within the apartment with a washer and dryer and laundry detergents. The apartment is on the 6th floor and has its own emergency exit. The building has an elevator and 24-hour security cameras and personnel.

Caution:
Guests should be aware there is some almost completed construction nearby and should expect some incidental noise during the day. As this is a newly opened building, the elevator may have protective covering from time to time.
