Ultimate nature escape for your family trip! Spacious 3 bedroom house on a private lot at the end of a cul-de-sac, with space for everyone. Relax on the huge front deck perfect for a family cookout. Kitchen and floor newly remodeled! New interior painting. The front yard is fully fenced, perfect for pets. Enjoy the starry nights around the firepit during a clear night. Many great hiking trails and outdoor activities, access to the community lake & picnic area, 8 minutes drive to the entrance of Mt. Rainier National Park. This is your getaway!
The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1,478 sqft. It is a two story house with a steep slope driveway and staircase to reach the front entrance.
**LAYOUT**
First floor - the entrance way opens to the kitchen, living room, dining room, full bathroom with laundry. Portable AC is installed;
Second floor - This floor has three bedrooms. Master bedroom (King bed with ensuite full bath), Queen bedroom, Kids room (bunk beds with one full bed, one single bed and another single pull out at the bottom). Queen bedroom and kids room need to share the full bath downstairs. Portable AC is installed.

-This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
- Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am
- no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
- Use of fire pit and charcoal grill are prohibited during the burn ban
**Additional Info About the Home**
-The home has a steep gravel driveway that might be too slippery to drive up during winter weather. You are welcome to park at the bottom of the driveway which is very private and without through traffic.
- There are 12 stairs from the fence gate to the front entrance. If you have difficulty climbing stairs, this is not a good choice.
- The home is not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended.
- Please be aware that the upper bathroom is suited inside the master bedroom. The queen bedroom and kids room need to share the downstair bathroom.
- CenturyLink is the internet company. Since this is a remote area, Internet and wifi may get intermittent under certain circumstances which are out of our control (severe weather, malfunction of internet company, etc.). Please be prepared to unplug yourself and enjoy the natural beauty.
