The space-
You will have access to the entire 3 bed, 2 bath single family home with living room and stocked kitchen. The best part of this house besides the newly remodeled and furnished interior is the MASSIVE backyard! Get ready for fun in the sun!

For remote work, we have a dedicated workspace with a desk, docking station set up and desk chair as well as fast wifi.

Please note that we do not allow smoking (of anything) inside, pets or parties.

To keep cleaning costs down, please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the house.

Upon check-out, please leave the house in the same clean condition you found it.

You have access to the entire house. There is a blue Chrysler parked in the driveway. This car lives at the house so you do not need to worry about blocking it in.

Guest access-
You’ll have access to the a 3 bed 2 bath space with living room, kitchen & private fully fenced backyard! We live here when we are in Tampa so our car remains parked in the driveway. You have full access to the home. If we don’t have anybody staying the day before you arrive, early check-in is available at no extra cost! Please ask about availability.

Other things to note-
No smoking (of anything including vapes) inside the home. No parties. No pets.

Please be kind to our home and treat it with respect. To keep cleaning costs down, please do not wear outside shoes in our house. The home is monitored 24-hours a day with Ring doorbells & a Minut. The house is located in a residential neighborhood. We are one block away from Dale Mabry highway. If you are especially sensitive to traffic noise please note that you may hear some traffic noise when using the backyard.

Ideal for guests who want to be close to MacDill or the St Pete bridge or are planning to relax in the backyard or work remotely. We are a 10-20 minute Uber to nearly all tourist attractions.
