This freshly restored Bear Lake condo is the ideal base camp for your next adventure. Just steps away from Bear Lake Marina State Park, this property has everything you need for an amazing weekend, or even longer. The master bedroom features a queen size bed with cozy, fresh linens and blankets. A well appointed bathroom features a tub, shower and plenty of fresh towels. If you need extra sleeping space, the L-shaped couch in the living room pulls out to sleep two comfortably. Speaking of the living area, how about a gas fireplace for those cold evenings, a smart TV with DirectTV for watching the game and a selection of books if you want a quiet night in. Sliding door allows access to the balcony area, which features two wooden chairs perfect for enjoying the cool lake breeze. If you want to cook for yourself, we have you covered: the unit features all the cookware, plates and glasses you need to craft a five-star meal for your fellow travelers. Clean-up is easy thanks to the full sized dishwasher.

Rental of this condo also gives you access to the common amenities on the property. These include a 10-seat hot tub, heated in ground pool, and full array of sun chairs and tables. Additionally, you will have access to the tennis court and basketball area.

You really canā€™t find a better location when it comes to easy access to Bear Lake Marina State Park. Itā€™s literally just steps away from the building. Walk across the lawn and down the footpath to a safe crossing area, and youā€™re there. The main recreation path into Garden City runs right past the grounds; you have walkable access to Mikeā€™s Market grocery store, and all the burgers and shakes you can eat!

Additional amenities include a coin-operated laundry in the main building, grass area between buildings for recreating, and a parking space in the lot just north of the unit.

Whether you are a solo adventurer, couple or small family, this is the perfect spot for your next Bear Lake adventure!

*2 things to note about our condo:
1) This is a second-floor unit with exterior staircase to the entry; not wheelchair accessible at this time, sorry
2) The second bed is a pullout couch as noted in the description. The couch can sleep two smaller individuals but it's a tight squeeze with two adults

This was a nice getaway for me and my wife, the condo is great and we really enjoyed the restaurants, the the walks and overall Relaxed Atmosphere. We knew of the famous Raspberries Jams and Shakes and we were not disappointed, very delicious. Thanks for the welcome and and weekend

Great little apartment that has everything necessary for a nice stay. It is not big by any means, but good space for a couple's retreat. Bed was comfortable and the apartment was quiet overall. Access to the pool and jacuzzi were also the reason why we booked this apartment and they were nice too.

Very clean and very convenient to Bear Lake. Enjoyed that it was a shoulder season, so really no crowding or traffic for that matter. We would definitely stay here again!

The owner was fabulous and so good to work with the location and the pool are great. The only reason it isnā€™t five star review is because there was a lot of dog hair when we got there we had to clean up. If youā€™re a dog owner that may not bother you, but we have a child with some allergies

Our stay at Jess and Ryanā€™s place was wonderful. They gave very detailed descriptions on where to park, the condo was clean, and it had everything we needed and more. They were so gracious to refund us our pet fee after we ended up having to put our dog down before our trip to Bear Lake. Once we checked in, we found a couple of small odd things on the property but Ryan was so responsive. This rentalā€™s location to the pool cannot be beat. Itā€™s also very close to the marina and to restaurants in town. Weā€™d love to come back and stay here again and would highly recommend!

We left a day early, wasnā€™t any bedding for the second bed and had 1 tv, nothing in the bedroom, we decided to head out a day earlier, perfect place for two people, with our teenager it was tight. We stayed the year before on the other side and were spoiled with how amazing those rooms are.

Harbor Village Apt. stay

It is in the perfect location. Close to walking and biking trails and the Marina Beach and to grocery store, gas station and shops and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything you need including all cooking utensils. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning sunshine. It was very nice that beach towels were provided for the nearby pool and hot tub. The air conditioning kept us nice and cool at night.

Checking in was a little difficult but that was all user error. We didnā€™t have very good service there so we had to go into the lobby and ask for the wifi to be able to view the entry instructions again. The kitchen fridge was a little dirty and there were leftover crumbs here and there from a previous tenant. The water stopped working for around 3-4 hours so that was a little inconvenient. (No fault to the owner) When we first arrived it was 84 degrees inside the unit. So we had to use the window AC for the rest of the evening to get it to a comfortable temperature. We loved the area and location. It was quick and easy to get to everything we had planned for our stay. We give it a 9/10 and would stay here again.

What a great atmosphere!

The rental was really nice! Cleanliness was a must and thatā€™s what we found at this property. Comfortable bed and really great layout throughout the rest of the property. We do have one suggestion. Not a big one that wouldnā€™t make it change my rating in the least. The shower could use a different water flow fixture. The flow of water canā€™t be adjusted in anyway. We felt that it was to strong which if changed to an adjustable fixture you would be using so much water. Other than that wonderful place to stay!!

We specifically wanted a condo in the Harbor Village buildings because of the access. Simply put, thereā€™s not a better location in Garden City! You will be a short walk away from the main Marina which has a boat launch, boat rentals, gas docks, a beach and so much more. Plus, in Harbor Village condos you have the main recreation path that leads right into the heart of Garden City. Groceries, shakes, and bike rentals are a short walk away!

Our condo is unique for a few reasons. For starters, this really is our home. We painted, decorated and purchased dishes and cookware that we want to use when we stay here. We put a quality bed in the master because we value a good night of sleep. Everything you need is on site: a comfortable condo, pool and hot tub, and beautiful scenery in every direction.
