Awesome location, home & pool

The location is great. A car is necessary for exploring the island but our family enjoyed spending the day at the beach area snorkeling and hanging at the pool. The snorkeling is really amazing: kids saw squid, blue tang, lobsters and tons of reef fish. House has everything you need and linens and amenities are all very nicely done. Don't hesitate to book and if you are lucky enough to see Kathy on island take all her recommendations.

Best 60th birthday celebration ever

We had an amazing stay at the Clearwater house. The name says it all, the beach is a short walk away and the snorkeling is perfect. The house was fully stocked and just so well appointed. Anything you could ever want or need was right there. Kathy was a joy to get to know and full of information. Hopefully we can come back again soon!

It’s was so nice to meet you and your family! I glad the group took the paddle boards out to see the U.S.S. Kittiwake sunken ship and got to snorkel all the amazing reefs we have. We are quite spoiled at this end of Seven Mile Beach with our marine life. I hope you come back again and bring the grandchildren. There will be plenty of space now that the bunk room is done.

Surpassed all Expectations

This property is very special. Close enough to the attractions while secluded to provide privacy. The hosts did not miss any amenities. Paddle boards, bikes, kayaks and top end appliances. The heated pool was a real bonus and we will talk about the She Shed for years.

Eight of us stayed here...all adults. It was a perfect mixture of relaxation and spending time at the beach and pool, plus ease of getting to restaurants and shopping with a quick car ride. (Although Heritage Kitchen is a short walk away and probably the best seafood on the island!). We were glad not to be in the thick of 7 mile island along with its crowds and cruise traffic. The house has everything you could ever need. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware you could want; the coffee bar is handy; there are tons of games and books, and the gym is beyond amazing with every amenity. One quick note...the main floor bedroom does not have a closet. Otherwise, the bedrooms were super comfy, clean, and beautifully decorated! We would absolutely come back to this house if we stayed on the island again. Communication with Kathy was easy and quick.
