Beautiful stunning SPHERE and Strip view from private balcony! NO RESORT FEE. Free Parking. Free access to the huge MGM pool w/Lazy river for Signature guests. You'll love our Penthouse. It is directly in the MGM Casino Hotel Signature Tower. This provides you with enormous advantages versus other vacation rental locations. You will be staying in a condo directly connected to the huge MGM Hotel complex which includes a massive pool, hot tub, gym, dozens of wonderful restaurants / buffets, incredible shows, and the MGM casino itself. We charge no resort fees or parking fees. Our luxurious condo has stunning views, 2 private balconies, 2 kitchenettes, 2 king size beds, 2 queen size sleeper sofas, and 2 luxurious bathrooms. The condo sleeps up to 8. Free WiFi is available in every room. Each kitchenette has a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The 2 bathrooms have Jacuzzi bathtubs, California showers, and double sinks. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and DVD. Our guests have free access to the huge MGM pool complex, which features multiple pools, a waterfall, a lazy river, and a big hot tub. Our guests also have free access to the MGM Signature gym with state of the art equipment. Check-in and check-out are done at the front-desk just as in any hotel and are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Valet parking is free.

Our Penthouse condo is in the MGM Signature Tower directly in the MGM Hotel complex right on the Las Vegas Strip. Our condo has all the advantages of staying in an MGM hotel room and more, for substantially less money! The condo is on a penthouse floor, has a stunning view of the Las Vegas Strip, and a private balconies to enjoy it from. Staying on the strip makes a Las Vegas vacation much more memorable. All the world famous attractions and casinos are within walking distance! The Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower, and a live Volcano can all be seen running down the legendary Vegas Strip! After a long night playing, laughing, eating, drinking, and dancing, you walk home up the Las Vegas Strip lit up as bright as daylight!

The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is composed of 2 adjacent Penthouse suites which share a common outer door. The two Penthouse suites can be used as a common connected space by opening the Penthouse doors and closing the common outer door. The luxurious condo combination has 2 king size beds and 2 sleeper sofas.

My first ever visit to Vegas was AMAZING!! The Signature was perfect we could get to everything with ease. Check in and out was a breeze. The view is phenomenal and the jetted tubs were an absolute delight.

The room itself was very nice. Clean, well organized. GREAT water pressure in the shower. There was also a fantastic view from the balcony. Probably my fault, but I thought the property would be closer to the strip. It was probably a 10-15minute hike every time we wanted to go anywhere.

The property was perfect for us. Amazing views of the strip with balconies in both suites. Having access to multiple pools, including the MGM ones were very attractive and they were not busy at all. The staff was pleasant and the valet parking staff were very accommodating. Tower 3 is a long stroll from the MGM Grand (which has the closest restaurants and gambling), but it seemed to go quicker than expected. The property owner was very easy to deal with and accommodating. The best part was no resort fees, which most properties in Last Vegas stick you with! I would definitely recommend these suites to others and would most likely stay here again!

Nice family get away with our grown children n grandson

Condo was very nice ! We enjoyed having the kitchenette to have coffee n toast n late night grilled cheese ! Very convenient having adjoining suites with our adults kids . Only negative thing is it is a bit of a walk back to the casino at MGM . We used a grocery delivery company bring us our staples for the week delivered it right to the lobby it was so easy to do and def worth the delivery fee I highly recommend it !

Amazing location and perfect for a group trip!

This was the best location I've stayed at in Las Vegas. We went on a girls trip and enjoyed the ability to use the kitchenette and the space in the rooms. The host was able to accommodate us for 2 suites close to eachother and it worked out perfectly. She always responded right away with questions from the reservation process through checkout. The location is amazing since you can go right to the MGM, the strip is a short walk and the monorail entrance is all close to the room. It was clean, comfortable and well worth renting this space over a standard hotel room. Thanks for a great place to stay!

We stayed at these amazing adjoining suites for a convention in Las Vegas. Great location, great view and with the MGM directly connected, a great venue for all things we needed. Great access to amenities, shopping and eateries make it a top notch choice and will definitely be returning.

Great facility, location hurt by F1 race preparation

The VRBO and facility are great. The 10-15 minute walk to the strip is accurate. View at night of the Sphere is unsurpassed. The noise generated by preparation for the F1 race in November is the only negative. From 9 pm until 5 am roads are blocked and traffic, both foot and cars, is redirected and not clearly marked. The noise makes it difficult to sleep.

Very affordable but you get what you pay for

So said to see how Signature is not the same.The mattresses are old , not comfortable and the headboards had some damages. Jet tub broke the first night we stayed. Woke up feeling stuffy every morning. Towels are old and rough. Swimming pool are small and it closes at 6pm. And my mom was complaining that we had to walk far to the casino. I would not stay here again. All the valet are kids and rude. I asked for one of the guyā€™s name but he didnā€™t want to give it to me. He was being a jerk. I used to stay at the Signature but its not the sane anymore. Very sad!

Loved it!

This place was amazing! The views were spectacular! Check in was fast and easy. Warning: they will put a $300 hold on your credit card for each room. Valet was available at all times when we stayed. There are some glassware, silverware, and pans stocked in the rooms. Towels and initial supplies are provided. The walk to the casino is all indoors and has a few moving walkways. Takes about 10 minutes but itā€™s air conditioned. Nice change from the 108 heat outside. We stayed with a 15 and 10 year old. They loved it as well! We used DoorDash once and youā€™re able to meet them outside so that was nice. Weā€™ve also never stayed in a resort that had this many floors. We never had to wait long for an elevator and they moved quickly. We used the pools at the grand, the lazy river was a hit! Tubes are $25-$30 or you can bring your own and have them aired up. This was our first trip to Vegas and weā€™ll definitely be backā€”to this resort!

My husband and I are the owners of this Signature MGM Penthouse Condo. We purchased our condo because we love Las Vegas and enjoyed staying at the MGM Signature. We thought we would use it for our own vacations and we still do! We began renting it out and found our guests loved it too. We added additional condos over time to better serve our renters. Renting these properties has become my full time job and I love it! I enjoy talking to my guests and hearing how much fun they have in Vegas!

My approach to this business is simple. I like to treat my guests they way I enjoy being treated when I travel to Vegas. You can call me to discuss your vacation plans anytime. I am happy to give you all the tips I have picked up in my travels. I believe in providing high end vacation accommodation to our guests at a discounted rate. Just the way I like them myself.

When you book with us, you receive a better room with a strip view and private balcony, same check-in procedures at the front desk and all of the same 5 star hotel amenities you would receive if you were to book with the MGM directly - but at a much lower price.

Our Penthouse is a rare vacation rental property in Vegas. It is spacious, luxurious, and right on the Las Vegas Strip within the MGM Hotel complex. There are many vacation rental properties in Vegas, but few of them are directly on the Vegas Strip directly within a huge luxury hotel like the MGM. There are many luxury hotel rooms in Vegas, but none of them are: as spacious as our condo; have their own kitchen; or promise a balcony and a view. Staying anywhere else usually involves some major compromises. We offer a rare combination of comfortable living right on the Vegas Strip at a discounted price!

Our Penthouse offers a panoramic view of the strip. The view is even more spectacular on the suite's private balcony overlooking the strip. The Penthouse suite has been outfitted with a Jacuzzi bathtub, deluxe king size beds with exquisite Egyptian cotton sheets, a flat screen TV, free WiFi Internet access, DVD/CD player, Ipod port, granite/marble surfaces, stainless steel kitchen appliances, luxury linens, towels, bathroom amenities, and 11 ft ceilings. The Signature at MGM Grand is a Las Vegas luxury condo hotel with all the amenities of a luxury hotel and all the space of a private condo. From the private gated entrance, free valet parking, and 24-hour Concierge services to the gourmet in-suite dining and private balcony, you will totally enjoy your vacation in our luxurious Penthouse Suite with its spectacular strip view. As our guest at the MGM you will have free access to all the facilities and amenities of the enormous MGM Casino Complex and the luxury facilities of the Signature condo hotel. This includes free access to the Signature hotel's three secluded private pools and to MGM's enormous grand pool complex (excluding special events and concerts).
