The Space:

You can also bring your own watercraft and water toys; otherwise, there are many rental options available online.Experience the thrill of reeling in amazing catches of Catfish, Striper, and Crappie off our dock. And that's not all - Marina's, boat launches, and great eating and drinking spots, are within a 5-mile radius. A new floating dock is currently being installed, this can accommodate two boats at once. So whether you're a seasoned angler or just looking for a fun day out on the water, we've got you covered. 
With its prime location, guests can easily explore the surrounding natural beauty, including hiking trails, fishing spots, and scenic picnic areas. Don't miss out on the opportunity to experience lakeside living at its finest!

Other Things to Note:
• Please note that the boat and lift are off-limits. And there are 2 outside security cameras on the premises for security purposes.
• Please, no pets are allowed in the home or on the property.
• Property treated for pests. Lakes provide habitat for a variety of creatures. The owner is not responsible for wildlife or insects.
• Guests using motorized water toys must adhere to Lake Murray's NO WAKE zones. Close to the docks is a NO WAKE ZONE. If you want to boat, tube or jet ski, please go into bigger water.
• Children must be supervised by an adult when on the dock, swimming, or using any water toys as needed.
• We hope you'll enjoy the water toys (kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, paddle boats) during your stay. We kindly ask that after use, please carry the equipment back to the designated area against the house. Please avoid dragging them across the grass, concrete, or stones to help keep everything in good condition.

• To provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, primary guests must be at least 25 years old to book accommodations with us.
• As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and PMI Palmetto will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.
• Before checking in, primary/main guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure you are well-informed of our property rental terms and conditions.
