Beautiful home with fantastic open layout at `The Cottages on Osoyoos Lake` 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms screened in sunroom, patio area with bbq grill, open plan and is right next door to the pools.

Absolutely amazing vacation destination. Welcome to the Cottages on Osoyoos Lake. This gated community of new homes has its own gorgeous beach, Marina, and clubhouse with 2 pools, gym and 2 hot tubs. Enjoy swimming, boating or kayaking. Play beach volleyball or go visit the nearby wineries and take in a tasting. 1,800ft of waterfront with over 500ft of sandy beach, wide night lit walking trails that meander along the meadow to the beach & fire pits. Close to Mount Baldy, if you`re a skier & Area 27 Motorsports Park has super fun go carts for the whole family.

Amazing place to stay in Osoyoos!

This was by far one of the best places we've vacationed at - the location was amazing, the resort was beautiful with great amenities - something to do for everyone - the house was great for all 10 of us (plus a baby), plenty of sleeping spaces and enough places to sit and visit or play games. We loved our time there and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful accommodations and lots of communication from property mgmt to ensure we were well taken care of. With the exception of a few items missing or depleted, we had everything we needed I would recommend - an ironing board , a few more toiletries for travellers ‘just in case’ and more toilet paper provided.

Great spot!

We were two families (4 adults, 4 kids) and the house was perfect. Right beside the pool, 2 minute walk to the beach and the playground in view from the patio. Home was in great condition, well appointed and clean.

WONDERFUL PROPERTY

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. While there were a few issues initially D'Arcy, the property manager took care of them immediately. Overall very satisfied! We would come again.

Already booked 2024!!

House was perfect for our multi generational family vacation! Lots of indoor and outdoor space…great fully equipped kitchen…laundry and use of the garage with all of the beach toys! Fantastic communication with our host D’arcy! Pool was closed 3 out of our 7 days due to ash from wildfires but the lake is a quick 5 minute walk from the house. We’ve already booked August 2024!

Delightful Cottage

My husband and I, my daughter and son-in-law, and three children (5, 2, 6 mos) stayed in this very comfortable and well equipped cottage. Everything was great, but there are a couple of items that, if improved, would have made the stay even better. The swivel stools at the island counter were not child-friendly, and the children (5 & 2) ate almost exclusively at the counter. The mattress of the queen bed in the upstairs bedroom had some springs poking through and needs at least a mattress topper. The steak knives were really cheap. The location of the cottage was ideal, located right next to the recreation centre and a short walk to the kids play area. The host was super and no complaints there.

Fun at the Lake

The cottage was well equipped. The king and 2 queen beds are in need of foam toppers (they are reasonably priced). Loved the patio couch seating outside and large table and chairs in screened in porch for our large family dinners. Just a note: The toilets downstairs are not suitable for tall people and handicapped seniors (grab bars on wall needed). They are very low and should be elongated bowls. The kitchen was designed for easy flow around the island for making meals. All in all, loved the home for our family holiday.

Loved it

Wow what a great location and little cottage. The host D’arcy was great to communicate with as well. Right beside the pools and hot tubs, that made it super convenient with little kids. Was so nice to have a golf cart as well in the garage. There was also so many water toys to bring to the lake! We absolutely all loved the paddle boards. The lake wasn’t too far either, easy to walk to or a quick golf cart ride there. The park was across from the outdoor space so my girls loved how close that was. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need as far as cooking utensils. The only thing that we were a bit bummed about was we could tell the floors hadn’t been mopped as all of our socks and feet were black after about 20 minutes of being there so I did a quick vacuum and mop and everyone was a lot happier. Overall though it was an amazing family vacation and I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone. Grocery stores are about 15 minutes away and of course there’s all the amazing fruit stands. Everything was just really convenient. We loved our stay in Osoyoos

Little gem

The house was immaculate, clean, well stocked and fully functional. Location is extremely peaceful, even close to the pool it is well situated with lots of privacy. The screened in porch was a pleasant surprise and housed all of our meals. Read the guidebook you get sent before hand - as most all of our questions were answered there. You’d need a car or a boat to reach The Cottages, but hopefully you’ve done some research before booking and an easy commute into Osoyoos or Oliver. Wineries near by. Beach was clean and well organized. Lots of extras in the garage to leverage during the stay for fun activities. Would certainly come back again.

Beautiful Osoyoos getaway

Outstanding home with all you need and then some. Location is perfect and the property the Cottages sit is very well maintained. The private beach is wonderful and kept very clean. I would recommend this property to anyone. Clear instructions to check in and out and communication with the D'Arcy was very fast and timely.

Great Stay

We stayed with extended family. Place was nice and spacious for everyone. There was an outdoor seating area and also and outdoor area that was screened in, which was great if the bugs were out. Location was great, right next to the pool and hot tub and five minute walk to the beach. About 15 min drive to town. Also, very quiet inside. Neighbours were having a party one night and you couldn’t hear from inside. Host was also quick to reply with the few questions we had. Would recommend.

It was great location of the house.

The house location is perfect to the Recreation centre. We had lots of kids with us. It was nice to just get and go to the pool and playground. Host were great always accommodating for our needs. It was a great week.

Can't wait to return!

Wow! This was a wonderful vacation and this property is to thank. D'Arcy takes care of everything and shows the renters that they are a priority. The location of this property was the best! Close to the pool, lake, and a great grass area for the kids to play in while adults sat on the huge patio, relaxing :) All details are thought of, in this property, and you will have everything you need! A wonderful welcome gift is also left for check in ....thoughtful touch. Can't wait to stay in this property again :)

Super location with all the amenities

Super property with all the right touches - large 4+ bedrooms and 3 bathes located close to community centre with pools and gym and only steps from the beach. Grandkids loved the place as did we - would recommend this properly highly. Property manager on top of everything. Thanks so much!!

Great place but could be cleaner

Stayed at the cottages for a family vacation. The location of the cottage in the complex is great. It was right next to the pool which made it super easy to take the kids there. The walk to the beach is also short. Theres a nice kids playground behind the cottage. The property is as shown in the pictures. The only problems we had was that it was not clean when we arrived. During covid times i found that frustrating. There were someones clothes left in a dresser, crumbs on the barstools, there was sand in both the kitchen and the front closet, and the bqq had not been cleaned. When i book a property and pay for cleaning i expect it to be clean when i get there. I would recommend taking your own towels and blankets also.

Excellent accommodation for a family holiday.

Booking this property was very easy in part to do with the prompt and clear communication with the property manager. Our group totalled 8 and everyone was comfortable. The pool was well managed during Covid 19 and there was only one time during the week that we were not able to get in immediately. This cottage is in a very good location for pool access although not near enough to hear any noise. I rented a golf cart in advance and I would recommend that if you will be making trips to the lovely beach.
