The residence is just 15 short minutes from Cuchara, home of the stunning Spanish Peak Mountains.

Disclosure: This property is a duplex. There is a shared door on the main floor that will remain locked unless a renter decides to rent out both sides. If entire duplex is rented it can hold a total of approximately 17-20+ people including couches and air mattresses, if need be.

Other details to note: We do not have air conditioning throughout the home, but we do offer an a/c window unit in the main living area to help with the warm of the afternoon. It works great! Opening the bedroom windows in the evening keep sleeping very comfortable.
