2 baby alpacas born end of May and expecting 1 more! Escape to the tranquil seclusion of our cottage, where nature envelops you in its embrace. Tucked 165 yards away from the busyness of our home with energetic kids, a wagon awaits to get to the back. The cottage exudes cozy charm, featuring a loft with sleeping pads, ideal for kids to claim their own space. Unwind on the wooden swing, and enjoy panoramic mountain vistas. Prior to booking, kindly review all details to ensure an unforgettable stay.
The space
Running water off Nov-Mar. No showers were available. We have a gas heater and will provide a water jug.

WE FLOOD IRRIGATE 3-4 TIMES A SUMMER. THIS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. WHEN WATER COMES, WE GET FLOODED. WE ARE HAPPY TO OFFER 30% OFF. HALF OUR GUESTS LOVE IT AS THE ALPACAS ARE USUALLY PRETTY PLAYFUL IN THE WATER, BUT HALF OF OUR GUESTS HAVE LEFT BAD REVIEWS OVER IT. PLEASE DON'T BOOK IF TAKING YOUR SHOES OFF AND WALKING THROUGH A COUPLE OF INCHES OF WATER WILL RUIN YOUR TRIP.

Sleeping arrangements: The main floor has a regular king-size bed and a futon that folds down into a full-size bed. The loft has 2 large (around full-size) mats that are perfect for kids.

The bathroom is an outhouse. You will go outside and into the outhouse for use. The shower is under the stars with a privacy fence and a tankless water heater. The kitchen sink is outside as well. There is a BBQ for food prep. Lastly, there is a small fold-out kitchen table inside for 2 and outdoor picnic table for 4.

There is a wood-burning fireplace inside and a gas BBQ outside.
