- NOTE: This single-story apartment requires the use of an exterior staircase to enter and steep interior stairs to access the 2nd-floor unit. You can avoid the second set of stairs by entering through the back door. We recommend you use the front door when you first arrive, & then find the back door to use when hauling in your luggage
- NOTE: This property does not offer air conditioning; however, several box fans are provided
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is at the front door and faces the front entrance and porch. Camera 2 is at the back door facing the entry steps. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. Both cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- NOTE: One of the showers is temporarily unavailable for use
