☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
This cottage has two gorgeous bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows, plus luxury bedding with quilts for long nights of blissful sleep. The first bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with a spacious closet. The second bedroom has 2 beds, and 1 twin bed, and a single bed with an extra pull-out, perfect for kids or extra family and friends.

Fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils.

☆☆ LOCATION ☆☆
You have access to the Rough Mountain Wilderness! An old logging road on our property leads you up to “Sunset Ridge”, a 20’ x 24’ deck we built 120 feet above The Cottage. No ATVs or any motorized vehicle is allowed on Rough Mountain, but there is hunting for deer, bear, and turkeys.

The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code.
Other things to note
☆ Please be respectful of the property & cleaning team by picking up after your dog
☆ Pets MUST be crated when left alone (not in closed bathroom or bedroom. Must be in a dog crate if left alone).
☆ You must be 21+ to book
☆ The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation
☆ No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation
☆ No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property
☆ Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including tooth paste, tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
☆ Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied
☆ This is a smoke-free vacation rental. Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the premises. A smoking fee of $500 will be added if this occurs.
