Condo is on hole #15 of the Piper golf course and right beside a satellite pool. The community also has multiple tennis courts, pickle ball, Bocca Ball, 2 golf courses have 18- and 9-hole, full-service spa, Sauna, gym that is open 24/7, etc.

Important Stuff please read carefully:
-- Lease signing is mandatory: The club requires every renter to have a signed lease for membership transfer and along with the membership transfer fees stated below. This is required 2 to 3 weeks in advance.

- Membership transfer fee (Non-Refundable) (If you want to use golf or other amenities without this you can’t use any of the amenities at Lakewood National Golf Club.

Transferal of Membership for a fee of $642 per rental period even if you rent more than a month the fees will remain the same. You get to play Golf, Tennis, Pickle Ball, Bocca Ball and use the Resort pool or other satellite pools and there is one right next to the condo with fewer steps you can get to the satellite pool. Dining options at Tiki Bar and the new club house just built and operational with multi cuisine food options. If you optout these fees any none of the amenities can be used, including satellite pools. Everything you play at public fees and not discounted member fees. Just a FYI!
