The farm is just under 50 acres of gorgeous land with the most breathtaking, long-range sunset view. This unique homestead was designed by an architect, photographer, and builder with the setting, grounds and scenery being the utmost priority. The property consists of a custom-built barn home overlooking beautiful rolling hills positioned to take in the most spectacular sunsets from the home, a European style garden with stone and wooden raised garden beds, fruit trees, and blueberry bushes.

You'll enter the private, gated entry that leads you up a southern, charming pea gravel driveway to the top of the hill where the picturesque barn home is located. The property also consists of beautiful hardwoods and pines, and the land is bordered with creek The fully fenced property consists of four pastures and is currently home to 20+ head of cattle and a senior citizen donkey named Sadie.

HOME DESCRIPTION:
The living area section of the barn home is just under 2,000 square feet. It has 3 small, cozy bedrooms and 2.5 baths on the upstairs level.

BEDROOM 1 (master): One King Bed/Full Bathroom with walk-in double head shower and soaking tub.
BEDROOM 2: One Queen Bed with one twin bunk above the queen bed.
BEDROOM 3: One Queen Bed with one shower and small sink vanity in bedroom
FULL BATHROOM: There is a full bathroom in between Bedroom 2 and 3. Bedroom 2 and 3 share the toilet in this full bathroom. Bedroom 3 has it's own small sink vanity and shower in the bedroom. The master also has a full bathroom.
DOWNSTAIRS: The open kitchen, dining area, and living room are located on the main level.
Open Barn Area: The laundry room and an additional half bath is located in the barn area.

NOTE: Please be advised that the property manager lives in a separate structure located on the farm. He will not be visiting the home during your stay. He may have to access the pasture area briefly and only when necessary to feed the livestock. The property is just under 50 acres, so it requires regular maintenance.
