The home is adorable! Love the fenced in yard for our dogs. The inside is beautiful, beds are super comfortable and decor is great. We will be back! Host is a fantastic communicator.

Grad weekend

This house was very nicely redone. Plenty of room, very comfortable and has all the necessities that we needed for the long weekend with family. Would recommend and hope to be back. Thank you!

Great spot for Weddings near the Country Club

We were in town for a friends wedding and had other friends needing housing for the weekend as well. We had four couples stay at the home and it worked out nicely.

The neighborhood was safe, the house had a random door laying up against the dining room wall, the picnic table was broken with exposed nails, and we had to fix a curtain rod twice. The pictures made the living room and kitchen look bigger than it isOverall not a bad expierence

A Weekend with Family

Family, including our dog, used the residence as a base for High Point University Family Weekend. The location was close to campus and convenient to restaurants as well as entertainment; the inside spaces were comfortable and well-appointed. The host responded to contacts with immediacy, and communication was friendly and helpful. One of the best properties we have visited during our HPU years.

Family and friends graduations celebration

The house is beautiful as advertised we ended up not bringing our dog with the house is dog friendly. The yard is not fenced in just an FYI if you bring an animal. The house has everything that you need dishwasher soap, soap, and all of the bedrooms towels. The host are very responsive. I would highly recommend this home and we would stay there again if needed we hosted friends and family for the graduation dinner on Sat night.

Beautifully decorated

An older home with modern decor, beautiful! The check in process was easy, even allowing for an earlier check in upon request. We did not have any issues with the home. I would recommend including directions in the house on how to use the thermostat, floor heater, etc. We were able to figure it out but there is always the concern of doing something incorrectly; directions would be helpful. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Wedding Bells

We were in town for a family wedding. My great nephew was marrying a most fabulous woman. The ceremony was just beautiful, considering hurricane Helene. We came from Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Travel was touch and go Friday but Saturday was just perfect wedding weather. It was so nice to arrive at this beautiful and very roomy and relax that evening. So clean with all ementities and conveniences . We spent most of the time on the and kiddos playing in yard. Will definitely recommend for your family.

We are frequent VRBO users and have never had to leave a property — or leave a negative review — until this stay. Unfortunately, the home was not in a condition we could remain in.When we arrived, there was a strong odor throughout the house, likely from previous pets, which made it uninhabitable for us. This is not something that could have been addressed with a quick cleaning. In addition, the overall cleanliness was lacking, an old detached door had been left in the dining room, and only one of the bathrooms was realistically usable, as the downstairs bathroom adjacent to the kitchen was not adequate.We ended up having to book another property through VRBO at our own expense in order to complete our trip. While we understand that minor issues can occur with rentals, in this case the condition of the home required us to leave on arrival. We share this review not lightly, but so that future renters are aware.
