Families of all sizes can enjoy this brand new townhome located in the heart of the North Myrtle & Little River communities. The townhome is less than a mile from the North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex and only a 5-10 minute drive from the saltwater and sandy beach. The convenient location puts you just minutes away from all the restaurants, shopping, and other nightly entertainment that NMB offers. Barefoot Landing, North Myrtle Beach Main Street, Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, Tanger Outlets, Alligator Adventure, Wineries, and more are just a short drive away and easily accessible experiences for you and the family.

If your family wants to enjoy a night in, this townhome features an open layout with plenty of seating for the entire family to enjoy a meal or game night. The kitchen is fully equipped to support any type of meal and snacks that the appointed chef of the group would like to do. Feel free to move outside on a nice evening and enjoy the back patio.

The top floor of the townhome features 2 bedrooms as well as a rec room with a queen sized pullout couch. This room can be the perfect spot for kids or the entire family to play games, watch the sporting event, or just gather and reminisce.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse and we will definitely be back. Everything was clean, check in was easy and the host was communicative prior to arriving. This location was on the outskirts of Myrtle Beach but close to everything we could need!

The place was clean and exactly the right size for what my family needed. They offered early check in, which was nice. They were shy on the amenities, though. We did not have a hand towel for the master suite and there was no soap for the sinks (there was shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, though). Also, for what we paid for the stay I am surprised it was not stocked with some complimentary coffee or k cups.

Check in was easy, house was beautiful and clean, Chance was easy to get a hold of if needed. We were conveniently located about 3 minutes from the sports complex, and maybe 8 minutes to grab food or groceries. Will definitely recommend to others and would stay here again if needed.

Amazing

To start the host was amazing, from answering any question and concerns I had in a timely manner. The house was everything you see in the pictures. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. Only minutes away from the beach and close access to everything. Defiantly recommend for a family trip, friend trip, or just because trip.

Beautiful, comfortable townhouse

Very clean and comfortable townhouse. The townhouse was well equipped with all of the necessities. The owner was very quick to respond to all of my questions. The location was perfect for us, as we had a function on Myrtle Beach, but wanted a quieter place to stay. Loved it!

Beautiful Home & Amazing location!!

My family and I had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful townhome over the weekend & we enjoyed every minute of it. It is located in close to everything & the neighborhood is so calm! To get to the beach it’s just an 11 minute drive which was not a problem at all. Whenever we needed help from Chance we just called him and he was happy to help us. I would 100% recommend anybody to stay here.

Clean New Property

The neighborhood was quiet. It was nice to stay off the main drag even though it is very convenient to get to the main strip. Was a very easy check in process. One of the reasons I wanted to book this place was for the garage space. However it was locked off and not able to be used by the renters. We went for bike week and if there was any weather it would have been a huge issue not having the garage space. On the listing it would probably be good to clarify that the garage space is off limits.

Townhome in Little River

I didn't expect the Townhome to be brand new. It was absolutely beautiful. Fully equipped for us and ample space. Wasn't far from the beach. There were a couple of hiccups but nothing that couldn't be fixed in a jiffy (I believe the minor issues come with a brand new home).Chance was a gracious and patient host. My mother-n-law was impressed and that's big. Would definitely stay again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this new townhome in North Myrtle Beach, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern design and immaculate condition of the property. The townhome is spacious, well-lit, and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, making it perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and all the essentials, which made cooking meals a breeze. Each bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort with plush beds, ample storage, and elegant furnishings. The bathrooms are equally impressive, featuring luxurious fixtures and plenty of space. The attention to detail in every aspect of the home is truly remarkable. One of the highlights of this townhome is its fantastic location. It’s just a short drive to the beach, allowing for easy access to the beautiful shoreline of North Myrtle Beach. Additionally, there are numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, making it convenient to explore the area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of adventures. I have no problem giving this a 5-star review. There were a few minor issues which I'll address with owner, but overall A for location, cleanliness, convenience, and the kitchen was one of the most fully equipped I've ever seen. Communication was top notch.
