Relax in the serene queen suite, complete with a full bath, or freshen up in the convenient half bath. On the mid-level, you'll find a beautifully appointed king bedroom with a semi-private full bath, accessible from the hallway. Two cozy queen bedrooms provide restful retreats, while a king bedroom and a bunk bedroom share a Jack and Jill full bath. Enjoy the outdoors on the covered deck, perfect for sipping your morning coffee.



The ground level is designed for entertainment and convenience. The game room features a pool table and arcade game, making it a favorite spot for fun and recreation. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two dogs under 65 lbs are welcome for a $200 pet fee that will be added to your reservation. If you are caught with a pet on site that is not registered, an additional $75 fine will be applied to the pet fee**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**



**For safety and liability reasons, roof access is not permitted. Violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund**



Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.



Getting Around:

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, pets that are larger than 65 lbs, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
