Ski vacation

Great home with great hosts! The hosts were extremely thoughtful and provided every detail that is needed while staying at the house.House is located near heavenly village and plenty of space for 9 adults. Great kitchen and room for activities. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home in the mountains

Hosts were amazing. They sent over tons of activities restaurants, and golf course ideas to do while we were therenandb very easy to get a hold of. The place worked great for a group of 8 (4 couples) band was just a few miles from all the action, including casinos, beaches, and Heavenly.

The house was amazing. To start off, it’s a great location, up away from the main strip of casinos but very quick to get to everything. The house was spacious for a large group to hang out together or have their own space. Everything was clean and organized, and the amenities were fantastic. Property owners were great with recommendations and quick responses to house needs!

Five Star Stay

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The house was exactly as listed—beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities while still offering a peaceful and relaxing environment.The hosts were fantastic and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. They were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.We can’t recommend this property highly enough and would absolutely stay here again in the future. If you’re looking for a top-notch rental, this is it!

Beautiful brand new home

We had a great July 4th stay at the home. The property is located just minutes from a beautiful hike with a lake view that was a great way to start off mornings. We were the first to stay in the house, so we anticipated to be a part of a learning curve, but truly everything was great! The only minor bit was it seemed like the cleaners neglected to clean the outdoor furniture which we had to wipe down ourselves, but overall no biggie. Hosts were EXTREMELY accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Would stay again. Thank you so much!

Perfect Getaway in Stateline – Highly Recommend

Thank you Patti and Scott, we had an absolutely incredible stay at this property in Stateline! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was immaculately clean, well-stocked, and incredibly cozy. The layout was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to everything yet peaceful and private.Patti and Scott were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating, making sure every detail was taken care of. Whether it was the comfortable beds, modern amenities, or little touches like clear instructions for check-in and recommendations for local attractions, everything was designed to make our stay seamless and enjoyable.If you’re looking for a memorable getaway in Stateline, this property is a gem. Beautiful house and we loved the location. We really enjoyed all the patios and the outdoor hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The house was very clean and the master bedroom/bathroom are fabulous. There are Christmas decorations up which we found a bit odd and a lot of family photos. The hosts were very communicative and reached out with information about things to do in the area. The only feedback I would give is to reduce the amount of information as it was simply too much, particularly in the email about check in which included things like door codes and Wifi. The important information was hard to find in a very lengthy email that included a lot of unnecessary information. Lake Tahoe is such a beautiful place to visit and this house was perfect for our group of 10 friends. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful and functional Tahoe vacation home

Our family had a comfortable and wonderful stay at this mountain retreat. Patti, our host, was so responsive, and answered all our questions and in addition provided great descriptions of local things to do and places to dine! The home itself is well stocked with everything you might need for cooking and normal day to day living. The hot tub is large and nicely kept, and the large, elevated deck that the hot tub is on has a great view, and is a great place to hang out for everyone in your party. No A/C, but at 7,500' elevation the nights are plenty cool for great sleep. The beds were comfy, middle range for hardness/softness with plenty of quality pillows. One of the Tahoe Rim Trailheads is about 800 feet away from the house, so we did a good bit of hiking while there. South Lake Tahoe is a quick 5 minute drive "down the hill", so food shopping and restaurants are well at hand. Really can't think of any negatives to write, the home was pretty well perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again on future Tahoe visits.

Top Notch 5 star home!

This is a beautiful property, warm, cozy and inviting. Very spacious with all the amenities you need and then some. Lovely 2 sided fireplace in the living room, a jacuzzi on one of the balconies, and a sauna and foosball table. Kitchen is huge and great for cooking some wonderful meals. Bedrooms are well appointed, and bathrooms are very nice. Hosts are extremely gracious and very helpful with information both for the property itself and Tahoe in general. It was a very easy booking and checkin process and you are made to feel like family from the get go. Huge screen TV in living room and one smaller one in sitting room. They all have the ability to stream with your own accounts but unfortunately don't have basic cable or network stations. only free samsung plus stations. Overall this is an amazing property for adults and families, in probably one of the nicest most serene communities in Tahoe. Its the only area we stay at when we go to Tahoe. You basically have the National forest right around the corner for hiking winter or summer and very secluded and quiet. And for the skiers, snowboarders and sledders you are only a 15 min drive to it all!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay at the Chalet was wonderful. The hosts went above and beyond to make our first trip to Lake Tahoe special, providing recommendations for activities, restaurants, shopping and gas. There were many small thoughtful gestures and the communication was excellent. The home was stocked beyond our expectations. We came prepared with extra dish soaps, detergents, and supplies, assuming we’d encounter the typical minimal setup, but we barely touched them. We cooked most of our meals at the house and packed lunches for our daily adventures. The kitchen was well organized, thoughtfully equipped, and easy to work in. If we could suggest small additions, it would be a few extra kitchen hand towels and one additional serving or salad bowl. The home itself is beautiful, exceptionally well maintained, and furnished with high-quality finishes and appliances. The location was perfect for us, giving easy access to hiking, biking, beaches, and exploring all of Lake Tahoe. Before arriving, I was a little nervous reading the extensive house rules, but they were all reasonable and easy to follow. It was clear they are in place to keep the home in excellent condition. The listing was accurate overall. The only discrepancy we noticed was that one bedroom was pictured with bunk beds but currently has a single bed instead. One room upstairs stayed noticeably warmer than the rest of the home but it was only mildly uncomfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!
