When you venture out of your oasis you will find yourself in the heart of Fort Lauderdale just minutes away from all the best things that the city has to offer. You’ll find yourself less than 2 miles from the beautiful Fort Lauderdale beaches and less than half a mile away from downtown Las Olas with tons of great restaurants and shopping. The quiet neighborhood is also perfect for going on walks. The central location is less than 15 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale International Airport and close enough to venture to Miami or Boca Raton.

Property Overview:

When you walk through the front gate of the Sunshine Sippin’ Oasis you will be greeted by a newly installed turf front yard that leads up the front porch complete with two rocking chairs perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. As you enter the home you will find yourself in the newly designed living room with a 50” smart TV above a working fireplace surrounded by extensive seating.

Past the living room to the right you will come across two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom can be found on the left side with a large king sized bed, a smart TV and a working station complete with a desk and monitor. To the right, you will find a bedroom holding two full bunk beds, a smart TV and children’s toys and games. The bathroom (located to the left of the master bedroom) boasts a shower and smart toilet that comes with a bidet and a heated seat.

Continuing on from the living room you will come to the modern kitchen fully stocked with silverware, plates and glasses, including a stainless steel refrigerator, a dishwasher, a 4-stove state of the art gas oven, microwave and Keurig machine.

The dining room can be found on the other side of the kitchen with a table and seating perfect for all of your guests. Adjacent to the dining room is a cocktail lounge complete with a mural, neon sign, and mini fridge. There is a bathroom with a walk in shower connected to the cocktail lounge and a door that leads you out to the pool.

The pool deck consists of a heated pool, luxury chaise lounge chairs, a large dining table that seats up to 12 people, a sitting area with an outdoor sofa and a hot tub with the “Welcome to Fort Lauderdale” mural painted on the fence. The 4-hole putting green can be found behind the game room on the other side of the hot tub.

On the other side of the lounge you will pass the washer and dryer for all of your laundry needs before coming to the 3rd bedroom with a full sized bed, a smart TV and its own private bathroom. This bedroom has access to the back patio and fire pit area.

On the backside of the pool deck you will find the game room fully stocked with a pool table and two arcade games (NBA Jam & Pacman). The game room also has a 50” smart TV that you can see while sitting poolside, a sitting area and a couch that pulls out into a full sized bed.

There is a two-car driveway and an outdoor shed that stores the pool floats, outdoor games and a lot of other beach gear for you to enjoy.
