🔇 No parties, loud music, or unregistered guests. This is a quiet residential community with long-term residents. We enforce quiet hours and reserve the right to cancel reservations that violate community rules.

Disinfectant is used to clean the property; commonly-touched surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant between stays; bed sheets and towels are laundered at a temperature of at least 60°C/140°F.

Guests has free access to the nearby outdoor facilities, which are not belongs to the listing (swimming pool, gym, sauna, playground, etc.)

This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property.

All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, due to this possibility, however remote, are required, by Airbnb, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures.

We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us via Airbnb’s Direct Message (DM) system, immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside your space, or outside, on our property.

Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring, city, community, or HOA properties, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of same.

The residence offers shared amenities such as a gym and pool, etc. Please note that these shared facilties are not brand new and are not part of this listing. However, they are clean, fully functional, and regularly maintained by the community management for your comfort. Access to these common areas is complimentary, but their condition or availability may vary depending on maintenance schedules and community policies.
