Updated Pet Policy

We love welcoming four-legged family members and are proud to offer pet-friendly accommodations!

To help us maintain a clean and comfortable home for all of our guests, our pet policy has been updated.

A $150 Pet Care Deposit will be collected prior to your stay.

After checkout, we'll inspect the home. If there is no excessive pet hair, accidents, damage, odors, or additional cleaning required beyond our standard turnover, $75 of your Pet Care Deposit will be refunded within 3-5 days after your departure.

The remaining $75 helps cover the additional cleaning and maintenance that comes with offering pet-friendly accommodations.

If additional cleaning or repairs exceed the deposit amount, guests may be responsible for those costs in accordance with the booking platform's policies.

We simply ask that guests:

Pick up after their pets both inside and outside the property.
Keep pets off furniture whenever possible.
Prevent excessive barking that may disturb neighbors.
Do not leave pets unattended unless they are safely kenneled.
Wipe muddy paws before coming inside.

Our goal isn't to charge responsible pet owners—it's to continue offering pet-friendly stays while keeping our homes clean and comfortable for every guest.
