Welcome to our serene getaway nestled in the heart of nature! Our cozy 5-bedroom home is set on a stunning, private 4.5-acre wooded property, accommodating up to 13 guests. Features include 5 bedrooms with 100% cotton sheets, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, great selection of books and board games, and an expansive outdoor space with a huge fire pit, large deck, gourmet wood-fired pizza oven, natural gas bbq, and a large spring free trampoline. Pets, horses and children are welcome, and the property is fully fenced. We are 30 minutes SW of Calgary on the border of Kananaskis Country and less than an hour from Canmore and Banff. This prime location offers easy access to some of Alberta's most breathtaking natural landscapes, hiking trails, cycling routes, fishing spots, bird watching opportunities, and other back country adventures. For golf enthusiasts, there are top-rated courses close by. This home is perfect for family gatherings, hosted retreats, and intimate weddings.

Kitchen very well facilitated, everything was clean. Could have used a bit more soaps in the showers, and would have been nice to know there was someone living on the property ... although there was no issue with it, just nice to know. It was lovely, and the hosts were very accommodating, helpful, and responsive. Very peaceful surroundings.

Amazing property and the kitchen has everything you need plus some.The kiddos loved petting the horses that came right up to the fence.They also enjoyed the trampoline and lots of room outside playing hide and seek in the dark.Beds were very comfortable.The owners responded pretty quickly to us about any questions we had.Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful property with us.

We had a fantastic stay! This house accommodated my family of 4 along with my brother’s family of 4 perfectly and with room to spare. The home is beautiful and so well appointed - it truly had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay and it fit our whole family. We wished we could have enjoyed the outdoor space more as the rain made that more challenging, but the whole space was beautiful and functional. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was a perfect place to meet and stay with a group of close friends. The firepit with included firewood was amazing. The bbq and kitchen are superbly stocked to cook meals for a large group. The beds are comfortable and the property is peaceful. Nicole is responsive to all your needs. I highly recommend this place.

Family Vacation 2025

The home is completely modern and renovated above and beyond expectations. Each room has modern touches, to the point our family members now want to remodel our homes! The grounds are an outdoorsman’s paradise. Lots of exploring to do. This place is nestled in the woods, so stop on the way to pick up food. But there are basic spices and coffee to get you started. The downstairs/basement room is the coolest in the home, the attic room is the warmest, so plan your stay if anyone in your group gets too hot or cold (we had a travel fan for our summertime stay, so that was helpful) and the homeowner has the most amazing bedding and lots of extra blankets. There’s a washer and dryer, too for washing your clothes between hikes. Calgary is about 1.5 hours away and there’s a local town not too far away with several good restaurants, coffee shops and fuel. The homeowner also has several musical instruments, including a guitar and outdoor piano (both in tune) so our musical family were able to play and sing! A TON of things to do—not enough time. We LOVED this home for our family of 8.

Family Get Together

We live far apart and it was so good to gather in a central location to enjoy a weekend together. The cousins loved the trampoline and playing outside - making great memories! The house was great, all the things we needed for an Easter dinner were there. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes etc to make our stay very comfortable.

Wedding weekend in the woods!

We stayed here for our wedding weekend, our celebration was held in Bragg Creek (15min away). Property was great, beds comfy, soaker tubs much appreciated after dancing all night long and space for everyone to spread out, get ready and organize flowers. Our fur babies loved it the most, perfect fenced in area for them to run around. Special place for our special weekend.

Wedding weekend

Amazing place, was clean and roomy both indoors and out. The touches of having books and colouring books as welk as the trampoline was great to keep the kids occupied. Out door fire pit with the piano was a great hit. Love the outdoors and the size of fire pit easily fit the entire family. The use of space and amount storage was also great. The bathroom quantity and space was excellent especially when doing wedding prep with a large family. Overll it suited our needs very well. The host was fairly speedy with responding back to any concerns or questions.

Perfect foothills location

very nice rural setting off the beaten path; can discover wonderful nature around the property; even saw Northern lights; the house is exceptionally equipped specifically the kitchen; everybody loved the espresso machine and the outdoor seating
