This was such a good find! The house was so beautiful and offered so many great amenities (coffee station, a pool, a few resource books about Fredericksburg) and was also very clean! The pool was a refreshing to wind down from a busy day! The host was so very kind and considerate for us! We will definitely be coming back and we have already recommended this cottage to a couple of our friends!

We were so very pleased. The home is very nice and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C was set perfectly for the four of us. The back patio is a great visiting area. I could go on and on about this wonderful home.

The house is so cute and clean! It was perfect for our little overnight girls trip. We were walking distance to the 290 Wine Bus pickup and HEB! Perfect location for walking. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were big. Great time!

Our host, Angela, was very accommodating and easy to communicate with when we had questions. She has thought of everything to make a stay at her cottage very enjoyable and relaxing. It is decorated beautifully and very clean. We will stay here again in the future when in Fredericksburg.

Just loved our stay at this cottage. The house was immaculate, and the owner was amazing. She reached out a few days prior, and had everything ready for our arrival. The kitchen had everything needed if you want to cook yourself, and the bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/body wash available if you forgot anything. The atmosphere is so relaxing and pleasant, and just felt homey. The beds were soft and inviting, and the outdoor dip pool/hottub was amazing! We will definitely be booking again!

EVERYTHING about this cottage was exceptional - spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean (my daughter let her baby crawl on the floor - unheard of for her), great location close to main street, and a host (Angela) that went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable!! The little cottage was perfect! Beautifully decorated with a kitchen that was stocked with everything you would need. The front porch was sooo comforable and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds are super comfy and the bathrooms superior! The patio and grill were perfect for an evening in. The walk downtown was reasonable for us. We will return here! Management was helpful and so sweet. Our next trip, we will spend in this house! 5 STARS!

This house was awesome! It was so clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything! Great location, close to the main street, but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet. The host was very welcoming and replied very quickly when I did have a question. I would absolutely stay here again and will definitely keep it in mind for future Fredericksburg visits!

Had a wonderful stay at the Fredericksburg Cottage. This host has thought of everything. Lots of character with a luxurious feel. Beautifully decorated, super clean, comfy beds, quiet neighborhood, has everything you need. There is a coffee and tea station, well equipped kitchen, lovely bath products, a porch swing in the front, a lovely back patio and yard with a hot tub and car-port. On street parking in front too. The host provided recommendations for shopping and dining. We wished we were staying longer and will be back. Highly recommend this listing. We found a restaurant near the cottage that we loved, called Hill and Vine.

I’ve stayed at several home rentals in the past and you can tell when an owner takes pride in their accommodations. This house is actually a lot bigger than the pictures portray, tons of space to spread out, EXTREMELY clean and well kept, lots of amenities, clear directions on expectations, and best of all, it’s beautifully decorated. The host is one of the best I’ve ever encountered. She is kind, thoughtful, very responsive, truly goes over the top to make your experience nothing but the best. The house in itself is lovely, but then step foot into the backyard for the perfect end to a day in wine country. A hot tub, fire pit, comfy furniture, what else could you ask for? The owner has thought of everything. I plan to return for a girls trip soon and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. If I could give this house 10 stars I would! Book it, you won’t be disappointed!

I have been coming to Fredericksburg 2-3 times a year for over the past 20 years, and this stay was one of my absolute favorites!!!!!! I am literally obsessed with this precious cottage, as well as every single little detail the host, Angela, has clearly poured her heart into!!! The decor is beautiful and oh my goodness- the blankets and linens were absolute heaven! It was my best friend's birthday, and it truly brought tears to my eyes how special Angela had everything set up when we arrived!!! She had the most beautiful decorations, a birthday sign, and even a handwritten, personalized birthday card for my best friend!! My 16-year-old daughter and her best friend met us to celebrate her Aunt Rachel, and they had the most wonderful time, as well!! The bedroom and bathroom setup is so amazing and was truly perfect!! More than plenty of space for everyone, yet quaint and together at the same time. We also had the best balance of sunshine and rain, so we definitely relaxed and rested while putting the provided games to use during the rain, and enjoyed the wonderful cowboy pool/hot tub when the sun was shining! It was walkable to everything you needed, and even though it was slightly overcast at night, it was so peaceful and quiet- we even saw a shooting star the first night we were there!! I truly can't wait to stay at this precious property again!!! I truly miss it already!!! Thank you so much, Angela, for an incredible stay!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Fredericksburg! The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together. Communication with the host was excellent, she was incredibly accommodating and responsive to any needs or requests we had.The house was immaculately clean, with clear and easy check-in and check-out instructions, and very minimal cleaning requirements upon departure (which we truly appreciated). The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, and tower fans were provided in case it was warm. The temperature inside was perfect, and the A/C worked great.There were plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Overall, it was a comfortable, stress-free stay, and we felt right at home.We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Cottage!

3 high school besties had an amazing weekend in Fredericksburg and chose this cottage. We fell in love with the property - beautifully restored and decorated, it was comfortable and spacious. Every amenity was available in a well stocked kitchen and we enjoyed the continental breakfasts provided. It allowed us to start every day with wonderful conversation, coffee and fresh eggs! The host was very accommodating throughout the process. Would definitely recommend this cottage!

The best stay I’ve had

Angela was such a wonderful host in every way! Her communication was stellar, she was sure to go above and beyond answering my questions about the specifics of the house prior to my stay. The house had everything we could’ve possibly needed and more and the location can’t be beat! You can tell that Angela really cares about her house, her guests and your stay. I really can’t say enough good things about our trip but I will sum it up by saying I will recommend Angela and this house to everyone coming to stay in the area.

Fantastic House

We couldn't have been more pleased with this lovely VRBO property. Excellent location, beautiful home exactly as described. The kitchen was very well appointed, probably the best we have every seen! And the free continental breakfast was a bonus. Our host Angela couldn't have been better, checking on us to be sure that we had everything we needed. We were 6 friends on a girls getaway and the house was PERFECT. I can highly recommend!
