Lovely waterfront home, southern exposure!

Come relax in luxury in this beautiful waterfront home with optimal southern exposure. Located less than mile from the beach this entire home has been completely renovated and professionally decorated. The kitchen enjoys new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops are carried throughout the home.
The master bedroom exudes comfort with its warm hues and deluxe king sized bed. In a second bedroom you will find a full bed finished in a bright tropical print.
A spacious third guest room enjoys a queen bed complete with the calming greens of palm trees. The guest bathroom is conveniently between both rooms and is newly remodeled with a tub and shower combo.
After a long day of traveling, kick off your sandals and take a leisurely swim in the pool or perhaps unwind in the adjoining hot tub. The use of a dock is provided for the boating enthusiasts. Finally, end your day with a grilled dinner on the screened-in lanai as you watch a beautiful sunset. Lift is not available for guest use. Owner keeps his own boat on the lift. Garage is not available for guest parking.

We stayed at the property in July 2025. Initially we found the property as clean and accurate to the description provided. We were super excited to stay for the week on the island as we had stayed many times in the past. Upon check-in on Saturday we noticed the house next door was undergoing some type of major construction to the sea wall behind the house. On Monday morning at 7am, a larger crane along with several construction workers arrived and started working. The noise outside woke us all up and was unbearable as the crane was banging large poles into the canal. My two daughters (young adult aged) and my wife were not comfortable using the pool as every time they walked near the pool the multiple construction workers would turn around and stare at them in their bathing suits. I went to the office and spoke with Kelli who upon my entering her office was already agitated due to a personal family issue she was navigating (which I found unprofessional). I explained the noise and safety concern around the construction going on next door and Kelli's reply was, "sorry, not our fault". I asked her to find a solution and her answer was "what do you want me to do?" I asked her for to find another similar property without the noise and construction workers. She did find another property for us but I have never had to deal with such a rude and miserable individual. 1st and last time booking with Clausen properties. We will return, but will use another company.

Beautiful location, near everything.

The location was center of the Island and very quiet. It was off season and had Hurricane Helene pass by causing a water surge and wind. We were safe at 8ft above sea level. The home needs some updates such as the sliding glass doors leading to the pool. Very difficult to slide even after cleaning the track and lubricating.

Great place to get away!

Great location and everything that you need! Only thing that would have helped would be a pool skimmer to help clean the daily floaters.

Perfect location and home

This was our first visit to Marco Island, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay other than the historical horrible whether we had to endure. Pictures on website do not do this home much justice, it is nicer than we anticipated. We rented a golf cart for the week to take us to and from the beach and most dining excursions. There were 5 of us, wife, 3 daughters (19, 21 and 23) plus a couple dogs. We did not need to interact with the management company to much, but when we did, they were quick to respond. We normally do not spend much time in the pool or hot tub, but due to the immense amount of rain we did have to spend a significant amount of time on premises and we enjoyed them both immensely. This home has a very nice pool. The jacuzzi also works well if you follow the provided instructions (takes 45 minutes to heat up). We will definitely be returning, as we all loved our first Marco Island vacation.

Vacation with 2 older children

The four of us included my wife, 18 years old daughter, 21 year old son and myself. After walking around, the pool is definitely the best one the neighborhood. It was summer so the hot tub was not heated. We were a little disappointed in that. The house was great. Quiet neighborhood. The Island was the perfect, slow pace we were looking for.

Summer Vacation

The property was perfect! The perfect place for our annual family vacation. The house was clean, in a great neighborhood, the pool was fantastic. It was everything it was advertised to be. Thank you for a great week!

Wonderful getaway!

Really enjoyed our stay. House and pool were clean and welcoming! Had a plumbing issue and it was addressed and fixed within an hour. The only hope was to be able to go to the nearest beach (residents beach) but couldn't. It seems the owner cannot allow temporary guests to get passes. I would suggest Tiger Tail in the county park. Its $10 a day with in/out privileges. The closer option is a beach access about .7 mi away but has no parking. Nonetheless, great time, beautiful home and surroundings.

Nice home

The house was great, worked very well for our family vacation. My only suggestion is to clean the sea growth off of the canal ladder so you can easily get on and off paddle boards.

Amazing week !

The home is great. We did need a golf cart to travel back and forth to the beach, we used south beach entrance mostly due to the quietness there. The golf cart ride was good, we traveled back roads, but that was okay. The check in was easy, instructions to check out were simple. There were no washcloths, I imagine for sanitary reasons, so we bought a few at the store, no big deal. We had a great week and would definitely return here! 😊

Perfect Location

Celebrated our anniversary over the Thanksgiving holiday. We were concerned about damage from Ian but it was a non issue. The home is clean, comfortable and a short walk from Collier Dr. We spent most of our time on the lanai soaking up rays and taking dips in the pool. If you plan on going to the beach everyday with chairs, cooler and umbrella you’ll want to get a small cart. Public Beach access is severely limited on Marco and is a ways down the road from the property. That’s just the way it is on Marco if your not beachfront.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful house and pool! Approximately 15 minute walk to the beach. The pictures were very accurate! Only suggestion would be to update the beach gear (i.e. the wagon and umbrella). Would definitely return to this property!

Great House, Close to Beach

The house is wonderfully appointed, clean, with a great location that is a 12 minute walk, 4 minute bike or golf cart ride away. I would totally recommend renting bikes and/or a golf cart too.

We were very pleased with the house and the experience. The house was clean and fit us very well.

My only suggestion would be to up to electric locks and save the effort of picking up and dropping off keys.

Nice home in a good area

The property management company has an exceptional housekeeping staff, the house is meticulously clean. The beds and bedding in this home are dated and the mattresses are worn out, in no way met my expectations for a good nights sleep and could be rectified for a nominal financial investment.

This property was incredible! It checked off all of our boxes, and even the boxes we didn't anticipate. I would definitely recommend this property to others, and I would stay there again next time I'm in the area.
