For larger groups or families, the fourth bedroom boasts a twin bed with a convenient twin trundle underneath.

Relax and unwind in the inviting living room, which features a comfortable pull-out sofa bed for additional guests.

A centrally located secondary full bathroom ensures convenience for all.

Prepare delightful meals in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining.

Convenience meets comfort with our onsite washer and dryer, ensuring your stay is as seamless as possible.

Guests have full access to the entire home, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please note, there is one locked hospitality closet in the back bedroom closet and a black storage cabinet in the first bedroom on the right reserved for our cleaning and restocking supplies. Any attempt to tamper with these locks may incur a fee.

Please Note: While the front door ramp is wheelchair-friendly, please note that the bathrooms may not have sufficient space for a full-size wheelchair and are better suited for a walker.

For clarity, two of the bedrooms are not wheelchair accessible: the primary master bedroom with an en suite bathroom (stand-up shower) and the third bedroom with a twin over twin trundle bed.

However, the secondary bedroom with a queen bed and the fourth bedroom with two twin beds side by side are wheelchair accessible.

Regarding the second full bathroom, it is equipped with a tub, but please be aware that the bathroom door may not fully close with a full-size wheelchair inside. Additionally, the toilet is not ADA compliant.

To access the backyard, there is a gate in the fence that can be unlocked and opened, as neither of the back doors has a ramp.

- To visit Jamestown and Williamsburg, take the free Jamestown-Scotland Ferry, which runs every 20 minutes during the day and operates 24/7.

Parking is available for up to 3 cars in the driveway and underneath the carport. Please note, there is no street parking available here. We encourage carpooling. RVs and campers cannot be accommodated.

Please be aware that your current location is situated within a rural environment. As a result, the prevalence of insects may be higher than what you typically encounter. Additionally, there is a potential for encounters with bears, raccoons, snakes, and various other forms of wildlife that may differ from your usual experiences.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We are dog friendly; we do not allow any other species of pet. This is non-negotiable.

UNFORESEEN ACTS OF NATURE: We are unable to issue refunds for events outside of our control exacted by natural forces, such as power or utility outages.

We do not provide laundry supplies.
We have a strict dog only pet policy. There is a $50.00 pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed at the property. If you plan to bring your dog(s) along, please be sure it is included in your reservation at confirmation. Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $100.00 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $50.00 pet fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our pet policies.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
