Perfect Ski in Location - 3 Bd, 2 Bath Cozy Condo, Close To Lifts and Village

Ski in or dine out, there is no need to drive once you arrive. This ski in location is a great spot directly adjacent to the Stubs trail and steps away to ski down to the Wiffletree lift. Spring and summer offer amazing hiking, biking, golf, fishing, and exploring the western Maine mountains. This recently renovated home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and great views of the mountain. You are close enough to walk to the shops, restaurants, bars, etc. This home offers a cozy and sunny living room to relax in front of a fire. The entire condo has all-new flooring with new plush carpeting and a recently renovated kitchen well appointed with all new cabinets, stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and granite counters. There is also a gas grill on the deck to compliment your amazing meals. Just off the living room there is a bedroom with twin beds and its own bathroom with shower. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and 1 with 2 twins along with a full bathroom. All the beds have newer mattresses and pillows. There is cable TV and Wi-Fi for complete connectivity with a Bluetooth audio stereo system. Access to X-country ski and snowshoe trails, mountain bike and hiking trails are just out the door. Stop by the Sugartree Health & Fitness or Anti-Gravity Centers. The winter season offers free shuttle service that will pick you up and take you just about anywhere on the mountain you want to go. Rich is an amazing host and so easy to work with! He answered every one of our questions, proactively sent suggestions for local restaurants and activities, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay.The condo is perfectly located for skiing and also a very easy walk if you want to have dinner at one of the base restaurants (there is also a shuttle pick up at the end of the block).Lastly, the condo literally has everything you need and plenty of space!

My wife, our 1 year old and our three year old had a lovely stay. The location was ideal and clear directions on how to make the most of our trip were really helpful. Rich is a great host!

Mountain Condo

A well appointed condo right on the slopes of Sugarloaf. Easy access to both the downhill trails and the Nordic Center at the bottom of the mountain. Our host, Rich, was an awesome communicator. He was prompt in his replies to my questions and maintains an excellent home. Well worth the stay.

Great week of skiing

Rich's house was wonderful! Clean and just a short walk to the trails. Ski back was super easy. Rich contacted me with helpful information for our stay, restaurants and things to do in the area before we even got to his house. We would definitely stay again.

Ski Vacation

This condo was absolutely perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was well stocked with both pots and pans, spices, condiments. Everything was extremely clean and very comfortable. Across the street thereā€™s access to the mountain. So convenient.

Rich met us at the property and showed us around. He is very nice to deal with. We have stayed at a few properties on Sugarloaf snd by far this property was the cleanest. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything was top notch from the appliance's to the linens. I would highly recommend this property.

Easy 3 min walk to ski trails, resort shuttle at end of street

We couldn't have asked for a better condo for our ski weekend. The kitchen was well stocked, and the layout was very comfortable. You can ski into the condo from the trail behind it, and getting to the base in the morning is a 3 minute walk across the street to the trails. Parking is right outside the door, and the shuttle stop is only 200ft away.

Great ski Location and provisions

The condo is an easy walk (even in ski boots) to the Buckboard trail to ski down to the lift. The condo has everything we needed for cooking dinners, great selection of games, gas fireplace to warm ski boots, quality linens. Rich was very helpful and flexible accommodating some special requests and surprised us with a lovely welcome gift!

Condo was great!

This home is in a great location and had everything we needed. Our trip was early season from 1/1-1/5/25, so the mountain wasnā€™t fully open and we couldnā€™t ski in, but it was a short walk across the street to the mountain (think two blocks). We also took the shuttle once and drove to the mountain once and both were very easy. With 3 bedrooms and two baths, there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen table is great for playing games at night!

Great Ski Vacation

This townhouse was everything we needed for our February ski vacation. The townhouse was clean, had the amenities we needed, the kitchen was well stocked and the welcome gift upon arrival was so kind and thoughtful. The kids were thrilled to have their own rooms. We were happy that the walk to ski down to the Whiffletree lift was short. The ski-in was perfect to come home mid-day for lunch. All in all, it was a great vacation.

Great week at sugarloaf

Loved the location. We were concerned about COVID and location was great to come home for lunch. Mountain staff were enforcing mask policies to keep everyone safe. Condo was clean and worked well for us (only 4 of us but couldā€™ve fit 6 easily). Kitchen was well stocked. We cooked all week! Would definitely come back!

Perfect condo for skiing and great host

We really enjoyed our stay at Richā€™s condo. Itā€™s a great size, modern, lots of beds, very clean and has everything you need. The location is great for skiing access, as well as hopping around to the different restaurants and bars in the area. We didnā€™t have to drive at all once we arrived, just relied on walking and the Sugarloaf Explorer. Rich was an excellent host. He made sure we had everything we needed and was great at communicating. Also had some very nice gifts upon arrival! Highly recommend and would certainly stay again.

Amazing ski/eclipse weekend!

Condo was bright and sunny and in an excellent location, with mountain views in all directions. We were able to "ski out" easily just at the end of the road across the street and then "ski in" just behind the condo next door. We were able to watch the solar eclipse right from the deck (which we appreciated was fully shoveled). All the beds were comfortable and a Pack-and-play fit between the 2 twin beds in 1 of the upstairs bedrooms. The condo was well-equipped with lots of dishes and cooking utensils/equipment. Rich was very welcoming and helpful and had great instructions on how to use everything in the condo! We would love to return again.
