•Bedroom #1: Queen bed
•Bedroom #2: Two twin-size bunk beds (4 beds total)
•Bedroom #3: King bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite full bathroom

Parking:

•Driveway fits 2 cars
•Plenty of first-come, first-served street parking in the cul-de-sac
• The garage is not accessible to guests

Guest Access & Support:

•Keyless entry system with a custom door code for your stay
•No need to worry about sharing or losing a key
•We will not be on site, but are local and available anytime

•Please Note:
•The basement unit may occasionally be used by the owner
•It has a completely separate entrance
•These visits are rare and will not affect your privacy or space

We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
