Good morning, Maureen! It sounds like you had an amazing time at Steamboat! Having all the comforts of home and the convenience of door-to-door ski shuttles must have made your experience even more enjoyable. We’re right there with you on loving a relaxing hot tub session after a day on the slopes! We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay, and we can’t wait to welcome you back whenever you’re ready for another getaway! Warm regards, Tiffany & Andrew NexResorts

First off — thank you for the 8/10 and for being repeat guests. “We always enjoy this facility” is the kind of thing we love to hear. We do wish we had known about the island outlets and the squeaky bedroom door during your stay — we would’ve happily had on site maintenance come in to fix those faster than you can say “where’s the breaker panel?” Same with the icemaker — we’re always glad to get it going ahead of time when we know it’s needed. Ice waits for no one. That said, we truly appreciate you pointing these things out. Feedback like this helps us keep everything in top shape for you (and your future stays). Thanks again for coming back and for the thoughtful notes. We’re already looking forward to earning that full 10/10 next time. -NexResorts

Three things, ten words, ten out of ten — that's efficient reviewing at its finest! Glad the space had room to breathe and the communication kept everything simple along the way. Hope to have you back for another great stay soon. - Nexresorts

Riley, thanks for the 5 star review. We'd love the opportunity to host you again in the future. You just let us know when! Tiffany & Andrew, NexResorts
