-30day minimum rental required by HOA. HOA Applications submitted no more than 30 days in advance and can take 10 business days for approval. $50 non-refundable application fee due at time of submission.

-Check in time is 4:00pm EST, Check out is 10am EST. Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out at $25 per hour.
-For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list through Airbnb messaging.
-Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
